Staff was extremely helpful especially the manager Steve and Robin, when passing the reception area they greeted me and inquired about my stay. .... Steve and Robin, thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Love the breakfast .

This is our second stay at this location and both times was unable to use the pool. We arrived the night before and the pool was open but a lot of people was in it so we didn’t get in because we arrived an hr before pool closing so we said when we wake up after breakfast and it was close, apparently because it needed to be clean . But the entire time we stayed till checkout at 12pm no one or nothing was cleaning the pool . If they plan to clean the pool then they should clean it the night before once they close so that it could be ready the next day . A lot of people go to locations with pools obviously for the kids and it being closed telling your kids is the worse .

The staff were very welcoming rooms were very comfortable And the necessary items needed to make the stay easy were accessible. The breakfast choice was Amazing. It options for all type of breakfast choice individuals. I would highly recommend and the shopping Plaza right next to the hotel and 15 minutes away were nice and had everything as well. Clothes shoes, restaurants, market car repair shops etc. I will be staying again.

The location is superb. Very near or walking distance to Costco, Wegmans, Nordstrom, Nike, and to a lot of restaurants. Location seems safe. Our room were connecting rooms as per request. Beds were comfortable.

Our TV in our room were a bit smaller compared to other Hampton Inn hotels that we’ve stayed in. Also limited lightning but not that bad.

The nice, thoughtful, courteous, and helpful staff. The cleanness of the whole place. The delicious breakfast.

The people above me had a child or two that would be running and jumping on the floor after 10 pm. There was also an adult who walked very heavily on the floor after 11 pm and would get up about 2 am, even 3 am, because they would wake me up, and just walk back and forth across the floor for awhile.

Breakfast was very good except they didn't have bananas either day. The young lady kept everything neat and clean. The room was for my grandson who is autistic and likes to jump so I didn't want to disturb other guests. We were there because of an accident at our house and we needed a place to stay.

It was clean. Smelled good when we walked in. The staff was friendly especially Robin in the front.

There was stains on the wall in our room, the orange ottomans were dirty and we weren't aware of the incidental charges. Also no hand soap or ventilation in the bathroom.

It’s a nice addition to have breakfast. I’ve stayed many times and breakfast is usually pretty good.

I requested a late checkout which was granted, at 12pm the front desk was calling to get me out, house keeping was knocking to clean the room. My stay ended in disappointment, I was not relaxed so I just checked out, forgoing the late checkout.

Good Full breakfast we appreciated the fresh apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt, breads, muffins, eggs, sausage (bacon on the 2nd morning) potatoes, Oatmeal, cereal, even nutrigran bars to take for later! Coffee was always hot, coffee bar area was fully stocked and fresh every time. The pool was nice and refreshing temperature. The staff was our favorite! Very personal and professional. All of them made us feel welcome and comfortable because they care for their guests. Clean room, and quiet location away from most of the city.

Other guests upstairs from us had no consideration for other people. They were stomping and jumping around, all hours of the night... until we called the front desk.. the guests upstairs from us didn't like that and just kept making more noise... didn't get mush sleep the first night.. the staff made up for it on the second night! Also, not fond of the sliding doors for the bathroom, and no fan in there for circulation of air..

The breakfast was hot, appealing, and delicious. Everything was clean and orderly. The seating was comfortable. The lady who replenished the breakfast was pleasant and efficient. Everything was great!

Everything was good, there wasn't anything that was dissatisfied with at the hotel. Adequate parking, checked with ease, and all the staff that I encountered had a smile on their face.
