Our family of 4 (2 teens) stayed the week to explore DC. The metro is very close. We booked the 2 bedroom suite. It was so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. My son raved about the breakfast sandwiches! The area was tidy, clean, and well stocked. My kids loved the basketball hoop! When we did have an issue with the facility, they were addressed.

The pool was green, and a little scummy. When we talked to them about it, they cleaned it. They had a brief issue with their key fab system. Exercise room locked one day and NO ONE could open it. The following morning, I had a problem with entering the side entrance. Later that day, fixed.

The rooms were amazing! Clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed.

The dining experience was not good at all. The breakfast food was horrible. The tables were left dirty after guests finished eating. No staff was available to clean up. Upon arrival, no one was at the desk to check us in. I had to ring them out of the office to come to the front the desk.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating and well informed about the surrounding areas. There was Enough room for everyone so they weren’t in each other’s way. We were very comfortable

We didn’t have cook ware like pots and pans so we didn’t cook the food we brought, but I’m sure if we asked we would have been accommodated. We chose not to since it was our last day.

I really enjoyed the staff. They were very personable and polite. The breakfast was good as well. I even had special requests and the attendant was very nice to provide everything I asked for.

The room was not equipped with enough bedding for the pull out sofa. I had to request sheets, blanket and pillowcase every night I stayed.

The staff was wonderful!! She was so helpful when we needed help getting to DC and around the city…even printed me a map of the metro and told me exactly what to do!

Only complaint I have was the indoor pool was really cold.

Great location with easy access to the hwy and shopping centers...very elegant room, peaceful environment and great customer service provided by the attendant upon my arrival..

I absolutely loved the master bedroom shower. Awesome build

The breakfast was mediocre with only one waffle machine, long times in between refilling food, and the coffee was watered down.
