It was very close to all kinds of convenient shops. It was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t customer friendly to all people. Syrup for waffles was sugar free. We don’t like sugar free products. Chocolate Milk option were Low Fat only so my kids didn’t like it. Hotels should accommodate all people with Regular and sugar free options. The rooms should have a Keurig. We didn’t want to figure out how to make our coffee with the machine.

Very clean and well kept, even though we didn’t use the little kitchen in our room it was still nice to see it had all the amenities to cook there. The next time we are in the area we will stay here again!

The switch for the lights didn’t stay on with one key card, we had to use two. We let staff know and they were very apologetic but it wasn’t that big of a deal to us.

I had a super early flight and technically wasn’t allowed to check in until 3pm. So I kept myself busy reading in the lobby for a few hours and the staff managed to find an available room for me expeditiously. I took a very hot shower and a long nap in their soft and comfy bed. I never felt so comfortable and well-rested. My floor was quiet too, which was a plus. I would definitely stay there if I was in the area again.

Breakfast could have been better. They had more than three egg options but everyone doesn't eat eggs and the waffle iron is outdated and needs to be replaced. Everyone I saw using it struggled with scrapping their waffle out. One of my rooms wasn't ready at check-out so I wasn't too thrilled about that.

Manager that have flown in from Ohio was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to tell me about every amenity and all that I needed to know while staying at the hotel.

Everything was great there was nothing that I disliked

Mostly everything, it’s clean, beautiful and peaceful. The pool is heated and fitness 24 hr. It’s a great location and my #1 choice for a perfectly priced family staycation.

The pillows are a bit thin but that was an easy fix. Also there was no broom or vacuum. If there’s a kitchen it should be a broom. Also continental breakfast ends too early.

Very easy to register. They had my reservation, had the parking voucher already completed and took less than 5 minutes to get my room key. Great!

I wasn't aware that I needed to put my room key in the slot to bring electric to the room, so at first I thought there was a problem with the electric. There was a towel rack thrown under the sink cabinet. The water in the shower did not go down quickly - I thought it was going to overflow but the water did go down once the water was turned off.

Excellent choices and variation. I was impressed of the arrangement and freshness of the choices. area for eating well designed and spacious. Definitely will stay there again given the effort of the staff.

nothing! you really have a top notch welcoming staff and building. I stayed somewhere else in the past and was happy that you were found so I could visit my friends and be in comfort.

Location. Quick access to metro. Breakfast every morning. Close to several restaurants, grocery shopping and gas stations. Housekeeping every 3 days.

Housekeeping every 3 days didn't include changing sheets or refilling supplies. No oven. Overall though, not that big a deal.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were good choices for breakfast. The agent who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She saw I had four 10 yr old boys with me, and she made sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions.

When I checked out, I forgot my pillow I traveled with in the room. I called the hotel to see if they had it, and the lady was rude to me. My husband went back and got it for me.
