I loved how the hotel was clean and the night manager was lovely. The room was PERFECT. My son's loved the room. The beds were AMAZING. My son's had a BALL in the pool.

I didn't like that breakfast had to be paid for after I spent $515 for the room and the hotel host told me that breakfast was included I didn't like how much the snacks were.

The cleanliness, location, that they had breakfast for a small fee, they had a Resturant and bar, as well as free parking

My room had a TV that for some reason was dark no matter what we did to get it brighter, but we did not complain we just dealt with it.

Only 2 membership staff were off, hats off to Jarod in reception, Carlos the maintenance and Alma in housekeeping. Brekkie was nice and felt homely.

It didn't seem like they changed the fruit in the hydration water so it always tasted off enough to buy water, the pool was dirty and a little cold

I'm very big on customer service. Both the greeting concierge and my checkout concierge was very pleasant An older man and a young Hispanic girl. Very nice... We stayed in a pet friendly room it was clean. Didn't even smell like there was a pet in there before. Shower was nice and hot ... Bathroom clean too .. a little dated in some parts but a nice room to lay out in.. cleaning staff is excellent and very friendly when they see you. They look like they like coming to work and it was Christmas. Eve hats off to the cleaning staff and the concierge... Really happy about the mini fridge. Kept my stuff cold and the microwave ..Won't mind staying there again if I go back to VA

Like I said it was a little dated. You could tell it's an older hotel. Some things could have been changed in the room. To be a little upgraded.. but it was very minimal. The whole hotel smell very good. They're definitely doing their job. Definitely not a deal breaker would stay there again if I need to in that part of VA

Super nice reception staff. The bartender was very nice and friendly. Food at bar was hot and tasty. No complaints. Bed was really comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Complimentary coffee was very good. We enjoyed it.

My room was clean but old food in the fridge. Lamp shade cut up but housekeeper turned it towards wall. But when I laid down I noticed it. And heating/cooling system door cover was broken.

Rooms were clean, no odors, very comfortable. Property felt very safe.

Restaurant service and quality not very good, Friday night, restaurant not to capacity but nice size crowd, staff seemed overwhelmed and food and drinks not good.

Staff was excellent. Before I saw the "no housekeeping except on request" (based on our visits to local restaurants, help is very hard to come by in Prince George's County) notice on the bathroom mirror, my wife mentioned there were only two towels (we were a party of three). I called the front desk who could well have said "come down." They didn't. They sent someone up with extra towels, coffee cups and coffee. Much appreciated. The bar was well done. The bistro was more of a cafe, decent light fare. Lightly staffed but our waiter was excellent. Whole milk by the coffee would be a plus. They had a nice list of local dining spots at the front desk. Excellent access to highways. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it

Bistro could have had a broader menu for dinner.

I reserved the room for a family member and was told she would need to show her ID card information. My card was charged instead.

Welcoming, I absolutely loved the holiday decorations, the property was very nice & the staff was so professional & friendly!

I didn’t have any complaints. I would definitely visit this property again!!!
