Great selection. But no utensils and food after some time.need to ensure until closing tune.

Room sofa bed was dirty and no one came to clean as housekeeping do not work after 5pm

The staff were all very friendly and the room was very spacious and bigger than we thought from the pictures on line. The hotel was in a great location.

To be honest, there really wasn't anything that we didn't like. I would like to say something as I know this is really what helps you out but we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

This was a newer property and well taken care of. Nice fire table outside and pool was good too. Breakfast was nice and really enjoyed having food and drink for the social hour - that was an unexpected benefit!

We had a two queen suite for 6 people. The pullout couch only sleeps one person - so we were short a bed. Not great - but we made it work. Would have preferred knowing this ahead of time.

Big, clean room that includes furnished kitchen was awesome for our large family. Breakfast was great and they even served the leftovers for dinner for free, as well as a free adult beverage. Free parking, laundry, and wifi. Dove bathroom products were great for our sunburns. Bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable!

My only complaint is no shuttle service to the metro, other than that this place was really amazing.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice and the socials (free drinks and food from 5pm to 7 pm - monday - wednesday) were an added bonus. Near the final metro stop of the blue and silver line (Metro).

The sofa bed was really bad. You felt the springs of the mattress when lying down. The hotels als hosts some permanent residents which can be quite confronting when on holiday.

Building and decor are beautifully relaxing and inviting. Staff was great. The included happy/social hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday was more than expected. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Will definitely choose Staybridge in the future. 12 minute walk from metro, 15 minute drive to Six Flags America. Several restaurants nearby, and many close enough for delivery. Pool was great size for about 8 kids to play for 2 hours. The outdoor area was inviting and comfortable.

Friendly staff, ok breakfast and the room was nice.

The breakfast was good however, the week i was there it was alot of children and the area was not kept clean easily the waffle maker. Everything else was great. When trying to get help at the desk, the first couple of nights, the desk was not manned. You have tobweight for someone to come back.

The breakfast was excellent and the front desk personnel were so nice.

My room wasn't cleaned properly, did not vacuum my floor my whole 3 night stay,nor was the bathroom floor mopped, the same trash in the same spot for 3 days. Housekeeping lady didn't know English didn't understand I wanted extra bathroom towels I take more than one bath a day, annoyed by the un friendliness, no good morning, ONLY THE BREAKFAST STAFF GREATED YOU WITH A GOOD MORNING AND ENGAGED IN A CONVERSATION WITH OTHERS, HOUSEKEEPING NEED BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS 🤔

Nice location in the suburbs near restaurants and shopping. The hotel was really nice. Love the walk-in shower and vanity area. Kitchenette was the perfect size. I never had a problem finding parking close to the front. Staff was amazing and very friendly. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

The furniture was older. The sectional had a large dip in the chaise side from overuse.

The staff was consistently amazing! The breakfast was okay, my room was very nice, however there was this smell every time I entered in it that was not pleasant at all. There were minor issues but overall my stay was very enjoyable and nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again!

The elevator was out most of the time.
