The front desk lady was helpful. The lights in my room did not turn on but this was promptly addressed when I complained. I forgot my toothbrush and front desk supplied complementary one plus toothpaste.

I received a breakfast voucher but was not told breakfast time and time was not indicated on the voucher, also it was not written anywhere visible to me. Came down for breakfast at 9.45am and told it ended at 9.30am. The experience left a bad taste, otherwise would have rated higher.

Proximity to food, shopping, events and easy access to major highway (95).

The fact that you assign rooms to people who have booked through 3rd-party companies into rooms with limited/obstructed views, at the of hallways, etc. I know this to factual having traveled extensively and living in Atlantic City, a hotel mecca, with "many" friends and family members working in the industry in front desk positions and hotel management.

The property is an excellent property to stay. Very very clean, staff are so friendly, Nora the front office lady smiles 24hours round the clock, world class place to lodge, and a very safe environment with strong security presence

Nice hotel.

Could hear the music from the club party. Parking was challenging. Only one person working the front desk long line to check in. Restaurant was closed early. Shower head leaked all over the floor

PERFECT location, proximate to 495, Washington DC, IHOP, Starbucks, Annapolis, etc…

The staff were unenthusiastic about their jobs and their guests and not what you would expect for the hospitality industry. The smell of marijuana throughout the property.

The location was great and the manager was an angel to help me, very polite and patient.

I didn't like the decor. Furniture was very old, tv remote didn't work, phone didn't work had to go downtown front desk for anything.

This location was in a great spot for good food and great places to take your kids for fun Seabrook Roller skating Rink Great place for kids

The each floor could have had a Microwave for the guest to use..

It was comfortable.

There were some questionable individuals coming in and out of the hotel. I really did not like that we had to call for help when ever we went to the front desk. There was no one there at all times.

Room was nice and relaxing had a comfortable and cozy feel.

Room shares a door on the inside with the next room, and the furniture is a bit dated but not so bad that you don’t want to stay there.

The room was spacious and the staff were very polite and respectful. Clean rooms and clean toilets 👍🏾 Very close to amminites and transport. Restaurants and local grocery stores next door.
