The hotel is at an excellent location, in a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to Dupont Circle, Georgetown, and Kennedy Center. We even walked to Blues Alley. Although it has a large number of rooms, there was never a problem of locating a clean and empty table during breakfast hours. The breakfast had a large selection in the open buffet and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks in the bar area after 5:30 until 7:00 pm. We are extremely satisfied with the Hilton quality in our suite which had everything we asked for. Highly recommended.

We noticed that the common areas in the last two floors of the hotel (probably due to the large heated open area, the huge glass ceiling above it, the sun coming through the glass ceiling during the day, and because of the fact that warm air rises) was much warmer than those of the lower level floors. We did not measure, but we are guessing at least a temperature difference of 5 degrees C. This was uncomfortable when walking to and from the elevator if you happened to stay on one of these last two floors.

Breakfast was good,excellent coffee. Omelet chefs were wonderful. Happy hour was nice, staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient a.m And p.m. Rooms, very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and in a nice residential area. We admired the homes on our daily walk to the metro Staff everywhere in the hotel were nice and friendly

I know the hotel can't always control who there guests are,but there was the invasion of teenagers for a couple of days ,I just like a little more quiet while eating my eggs in the morning

Location - very close to a couple of metro stations; Room - very spacious for a family of four - But: strong draft coming from the front door / not sure how often the room got hoovered during our stay and we had to turn off the fridge during the night because very noisy; Breakfast - I believe it could (and should) improved. Very little choice of cereals and fruit (eg. if the fruit is not in season it shouldn't be offered) - poor selection of fresh pastries.

Breakfast was very basic in my opinion.

Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional and helped with useful information about the area. We stayed for a week and loved coming ‘home’ to the Hilton Club each evening after a busy day exploring DC. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely breakfast each morning and the happy hour drinks, which were a very appreciated bonus. We walked to quite a few attractions but also found it easy to get around using taxis and trains. The large and relaxing ground floor lobby/ bar/ restaurant area meant we were able to chat with many other travellers each evening.

We loved our stay and will choose this property again when next in Washington.

Excellent, very well-located hotel. The equipment of the apartments is unique, just like the architecture of the whole hotel. Very good breakfasts, very good restaurant, and happy hours, during which one could get drinks and snacks free of charge. This hotel has a swimming pool area with a hot jacuzzi, which is very pleasant and allows you to relax well after a day of work or sightseeing. If I came to Washington DC again, I would only stay at this hotel.

Maybe a little bit more vegetables for breakfast.

The room was really spacious with ample amenities both in the room itself and in the communal areas. The bed was really comfortable and very large.

The bathroom light has a sensor to come on automatically and the timer is set to an hour before it turns off again. With the door being frosted glass if you are sleeping on the sofa bed this means you have a massive light on for an hour whilst you're trying to sleep and if anyone goes to the loo in the night.

Large spacious suite and very comfortable and large bed. Large public lounge areas.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles possibly due to lack of sufficient staff. However the staff preparing the freshly made eggs/omelettes to order did an excellent job. Poor quality of bread and jam (jelly). No cheese on offer. Fresh fruit salad kept running out. Generally felt a bit disorganised. Our room on the 9th Floor was only serviced once in five days which is not satisfactory for a four star hotel. Again possibly due to lack of sufficient staff.

The breakfast was high quality. One of us needs gluten free food and that was also available on request. We appreciated the free snacks and drinks available each evening. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely high quality. The surroundings were quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We had reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the sofa bed did not have linen and blanket but we had to work that out ourselves, using linen and blankets we found in a cupboard.

Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Spotless throughout. Great pool and great location, 20 mins from airport and between 2 metro stations. Nice restaurants aplenty within 7 min walk. Free drinks and snacks each evening a nice bonus. Great stay for exploring DC

Breakfast got a little monotonous after 6 days and more healthy options would have been nice.

This place is ideally located not far from Georgetown and a short ride away to the major sites. it’s clean, smart and friendly. The suite was sufficient for our stay and they arrange a day for housekeeping to come which is good but you can always request more towels or trash removal if needed. breakfast is inclusive and is a wide variety of hot and cold buffet style breakfast with fruit juices, fruit, pastries, muffins etc just be aware it can get busy and on the first few days we were there they had an influx of 8th graders on spring break so breakfast was challenging and chaotic it was like a school canteen during those times however once they left it was just a regular busy breakfast. Staff are friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere here I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again but maybe not during spring break!

The spring breakers it felt they took over and other guests I spoke to felt the same. maybe they need to have a designated area for them purely because most ended up making a mess not only in the breakfast area but seating area too, quite a few we’re dropping food and plate’s carelessly. This is not what you expect of a Hilton property. we had three days of this before it went back to normal whereas other guests had this for longer.
