Digital Key. No need to stop at the desk for check in and check out. Elevator service was quick. Pool was nice and I love that it stays open late. The attitude of the omelet chef at breakfast was amazing. Even though he was busy, he did not seem overwhelmed and had an AMAZING disposition!

Breakfast service. The length of the lines and the attitudes of the staff cleaning. My daughter asked a staff member for a coffee cup (because there were only 4 mugs available) and those mugs were all dirty. His response was "there are coffee cups in your room." That was a completely unnecessary and inappropriate thing to say to a child. In addition, another staff member at breakfast seemed annoyed that people were still eating breakfast at 1015am (because breakfast ends at 1030). Those staff members need training on Customer Service.

We were in DC for a couple of days visiting family and this hotel checked all the boxes for us. It is in a very nice area of the city and only about a mile to the Lincoln Memorial. We loved the exceptional breakfast and we were glad there was a path close by the hotel to walk our dog. Lots of great eats in the area and easy access to the highway when we left.

Parking is an experience. It is both expensive and tight. My wife would not have been comfortable parking here if you know what I mean.

Great Hotel! Love the $25 a day they give you back to use at their bar,restaurant or convenience store they have in the Hotel…

Wasn’t too fond of the breakfast…I would say 5/10 …Omelettes were amazing but the wait was extremely long,only one chef all weekend cooking the omelettes! He was swamped and still got it done with a smile on his face, not to mention a great attitude!!!! He deserves a big raise$$$!!!

Location away from the hustle and bustle. Son and Jose the bartenders were great. Liz in housekeeping, gave her phone charger to my wife for the night. The manager of the front desk (sorry I forgot her name)upgraded us for our 25th anniversary!!! Staff was great! The omelet chef was outstanding too!!

A little dated, but definitely did not out weigh the positives.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious varied breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice room. But unfortunately it is not convenient to stay in the room with two adult children. The hotel room had a large bed and a sofa. It would be great if there were two single beds and one large bed.

The Hotel was nice and clean. It was within walking distance to most of the Monuments and famous tourists sites like the White House , Washington monument and the Lincoln memorial.

The fact that I was charged an extra 100 USD as contingency fees during check in yet I had completed all my payments while booking.

Very helpful and efficient staff; great value compared to other hotels in area for size of the room, location, and amenities like complimentary hot breakfast, swimming pool, and grab and go station

Slight musty odor in the hotel room, carpets could probably use a deep cleaning

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, and the staff were excellent

We must mention that the experience at the front desk with the receptionist named Elif (from Sudan) was disappointing. She made several mistakes during check-in and her attitude was not as welcoming or helpful as expected. While we understand that anyone can make mistakes, these issues had the potential to disrupt our trip and added unnecessary stress to our vacation. We believe this feedback may help improve the service for future guests, as the rest of the hotel team was outstanding

The property had a restaurant in the location so we didn’t have to leave for dinner. Breakfast was free so it was wonderful to save some money.

The beds were very firm. We like a mix of soft and firm.

The front desk staff seemed quite exhausted and somewhat uneasy. Due to a delayed flight, my family and I had to check in around 12:30 AM, and unfortunately, the reception we received was far from welcoming. The employees appeared irritated, and it felt as though our arrival was an inconvenience to them. This was disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s excellent facilities, prime location, and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. It’s a shame that the first impression at check-in didn’t reflect the overall quality of the establishment.
