Nice, clean room. Comfortable beds. Rooms got cleaned every day.Trash removed, towels replaced. We were on 7th floor-it was very quiet in the evenings and mornings when we were in. The parking in the mall outside is a big improvement over the climb to the 5th, 6th floor in the garage. On previous stay the elevator was not working and we had to climb the stairs to retrieve the car. That was bad ...

The bathtub is very slippery. We used small towel on its bottom for friction. The supply of capsules for coffee was satisfactory. For the tea drinker not so. No green and no herbal.

Great Restaurant service with great prices. DECENT room. Cannot complain for the price. This isnt a luxury hotel, but if you're just a normal person who isn't exorbitantly wealthy its perfect!

Gaps in the window air conditioner/heater unit that allowed cold air to rush in in the middle of winter. I shoved the provided towels in the gaps and managed to keep it under control.

I had an issue with 1 housekeeper that worked 8/6 morning. First of all they knocked once and didn’t wait for a response and kept knocking. I was like oh my, if u knocked once……shouldn’t you wait for a response? Anyway, we didn’t need housekeeping, but I gave them my trash and I asked for a trash bag to replace it. I saw one of them reaching for it and the other told her not to give it to me. They were speaking in Spanish, but I understood a little. I was confused, because “I can’t have a trash bag to put my trash in?” I just closed the door and later on walked to 7 eleven bought things to get plastic bags to put my trash in. Also the WHOLE entire hotel didn’t have a microwave. Crazy if u ask me.

The location was great. Close to many stores and options to eat. The staff were incredibly pleasant!

The elevator broke down during our stay. It was, however fixed within a few hours. The parking garage is not connected to the hotel, although parking (for a fee) is offered. There’s outdoor parking as well in a parking area outside the front entrance.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, location was nice, and staff were friendly.

Parking is a major hassle. And not very clear. Why are the dashboard notice papers given if you can only park in the fifth or sixth levels of a retail lot that you can only gain access to with a key card? Better parking options are needed. It takes forever to get to and from the car to the hotel. Also just my personal dispreference, I don't approve of sliding doors for a bathroom. They don't offer lots of privacy and aren't sound proof from the rest of the room. Also another note there aren't any curtains to completely block out lights from windows. The little see through pull down blind doesn't count.

The only thing I found inconvenient was the back door entrance - it is not on the main road and you need to either use the stairs (not relevant with big suitcase or if you are with a baby stroller or a wheelchair) or to use the road - which is decently not safe (cars) . either than that, I really liked Even hotel

Good location for attending conferences and the room is very comfortable - including some gym equipment, a fridge and a coffee machine. The room and bathroom was very spacious. And the aircon worked well. The parking and location to the metro adds to easy traveling. The staff was very helpful. And I had a great sandwich in the restaurant.

The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but that's just personal preference.

Rooms are very spotless clean, Beds are super comfortable, fridge inside room, lobby area was super cozy and clean, awesome gym, lots of restaurants in area

I really enjoyed the bed and workout equipment inside the room, never been in a hotel with that inside the room

The property was clean, and offered unique amenities, e.g., yoga and basic exercise equipment in the rooms.

The beds were clean, but absolutely too soft. However, as I was first assigned a handicapped room, the hotel rep said the bed was soft to accommodate a handicapped person. Having been a caregiver for many years, such a soft bed would create an unstable support for a person with mobility issues. While I was moved the another room, the bed was firmer, but still not quite firm enough.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Wi-fi worked well.

The TV didn't work our last evening there somehow having something to do with the DirectTV system. There ought to be information about nearby services in the room. Parking wasn't handy.
