Good location

We arrived from NJ, exhausted after a long drive. At the front desk, the Spanish lady who checked us in didn't greet us and asked for a $100 deposit. I mentioned it wasn't in my booking, and she replied that third-party bookings aren't their responsibility. When I asked to check in and pay the deposit after putting away my luggage, she rudely said NO without apologizing. I was upset by her behavior, especially since we're repeat guests. The hotel is great, but this incident ruined the experience.

Large rooms, king bed, convenient location, extra friendly staff

Have to pay extra for breakfast (although better than average breakfast), roof had major leak, dumping water and ceiling tiles in hallway and dripping through all three floors. Carpet was soaked. Hotel hadnt fixed it 2 days after it happened and by the time I left. Problem should have been addressed immediately to avoid mold. I would stay again, but only in rooms away from area of leak.

The only thing i was not happy is there were not hot water in fact we want to shower in the morning and there were not water in the shower, the amount of water was little.

Hotel with good facilities and accommodations. In the middle of winter with outside temperatures of up to -15ºC, the room and the entire hotel maintained a pleasant temperature inside. Located in a quiet and safe area.

Breakfast only upon payment

I wasn’t able to get breakfast. The lobby was clean and the front desk clerk was awesome. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were neat.

The first night was great but once again there were inconsiderate people that was smoking weed in their room. The hotel is really showing its age. The bathroom needs a complete renovation along with the room. The carpet coming to the door has been damaged by chemicals.

The breakfast was a little under rated but manageable the staff was extremely kind I would recommend all my friends and family to book there loved it not much hospitality in most places I checked in thank you

There wasn't anything that I didn't like everything was extremely good the best est I ever seen in all my experience with hotels once again thank you

Parking spot very close to hotel and sufficient for many cars. Ice machine and breakfast buffet. Great lobby area and fantastic WiFi speed.

I like the rooms very peacefully and quite king-size bed and love having refrigerator in room as well

The room tub wasn't clean at all and had a ring around it, and it looked like the tub needed to be done over from brown spots in the tub. The desk chair was broken so couldn't use it, the room could use a microwave
