We ended up here because there was outdoor parking for our trailer - very convenient, safe, roomy. We were very happy with the room - very spacious, clean, large shower, fridge, micro, coffee, hair dryer, etc. Friendly staff who helped us with the trailer situation.

It was super humid outside. The A/C worked temperature-wise, but the room felt damp the whole time. The only ventilation was the window unit, so the bathroom stayed damp, clothes didn't dry when we handwashed them.

Absolutely, look forward to visiting again. Wonderful location and friendly staff; especially Alison, of whom the majority of my communications where with. From check in to check out, she was very polite and personable. And in a very special and major way she assisted in the recovery of a lost Tablet (written off as lost and/or stolen.) After explaining the details to her, of where the Tablet was at the time I and my guest were sitting outside, during the fire drill situation, she approached the sitting area to look around for herself. That spoke volumes to me, and left an impressionable thought for me to appreciate. As I was able to leave my contact information, with sincere integrity, Alison contacted me that Monday morning to report the Tablet had been located, and she'd place it in a secure place in the back room with our names attached. We were able to retrieve the Tablet on Tuesday evening. That level of respect and integrity can seldom be seen in moments ilike this; but Alison represented your establishment with professionalism and the highest level of integrity that can be displayed regarding lost and recovery of other people's belongings. So THANK YOU, Alison, for you impeccable level of integrity; your efforts have not gone un-noticed. I appreciate this specific survey more, this time; because of the experience and inter-actions with your staff, I able to give praise, appreciation and THANKS, for a job well done. Nice location with plenty of free parking for guests with cars. Location is about 10 minutes drive from the Shady Grove metro station with park and ride. New shopping area with good food options right next door, about 2 minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff.

Carpets in the bedrooms could be updated. They remind of budget motels.

The breakfast were paid for. The hotel didn't offer any continental breakfast. This was the only thing I dislike about the hotel. Everything else was great. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the room. The front desk representative was very professional. The customer service was great. I will recommend my friends and family.

Very neat, clean and comfortable! They pay attention to the small details, especially the key card holders on the wall in your room to store your room key!(I got a kick out of that! LOL!) It's close to lots of shops and close to the expressway. The staff was very friendly and available 24/7. I stayed at this hotel for the first time because I was on a business trip to a conference which was in DC. I always stay in Rockville when I have business in DC. This hotel was the absolute BEST and will be my 'go-to' when I come back. I would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant and bar have very limited hours. You have to request room service if you want your room refreshed. It's not automatic anymore, but that's not a big deal to me. I'm pretty neat!😊

Everything was great until the manager start to made my kids sad

Every but manager was rude telling me they not opening the pool till 9am and I got a paper that said 6am-10pm my children was soo sad because we was leaving 10:00 for a job and that’s wasn’t nice because I always use Hilton as first choice hotel

Seemed like their contact number on booking.com no one picked up. They did have forward us to front desk

Lydia at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to find us a quiet room after we (both seniors) explained that we were there to visit our ill cousin in the local hospital's ICU.

I left my phone charger in Room 610 and called about this when we got home to NY. It was never turned in. Very annoying and especially irksome as we'd left a good tip for housekeeping.

Clean, pool was nice

All good, possibly the distance driving to Washington included significant traffic. Probably unavoidable.
