It was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was close to our family.

Small suggestion: the channel guide on the TV only displays the channel names and none of the programming. So one has to watch one channel at a time, wait for the commercials to get over before you know what’s showing. Not a large problem but most of your competition does it better. PS there are two channels with lots of movie selections but each movie costs $21.99.

The front desk staff is very professional, willing to help & personable. The lobby & bar are classically upscale. The rooms are quiet; well styled and warm with old-school wood; real wine glasses, not plastic cups & the greatest mattress/linens I've encountered outside my home. This place is a definite stop in my travels. Convenient location & surface parking are a plus.

The housekeeping staff needs better instructions on not disturbing guests with incessant knocking & opening doors. It's an easy fix.

The facility was clean and comforting. The provision of basic supplies in the lobby is awesome.

Breakfast was included in my booking, but I was denied the service. The refusal of the hotel staff to allow me to have breakfast was subsequently discovered and communicated to me at checkout. I've not been compensated for the service that was denied, even though it was fully paid for and included in my booking.

The location is convenient and clean.

There is a sign in the parking lot that reads “park at your own risk” which sparked a safety concern for me. The room did not have a luggage stand for my suitcase and the bathroom wastebasket did not have a plastic liner. Lastly, the hotel has adjoining rooms and I was not informed of this or asked my room type preference. I do not prefer adjoining rooms so the staff member made the change for me quickly.

Room was nice. Bathroom had hairdryer, closet had ironing needs. Loved arm chair with pullout ottoman. Lighting choices good for reading in chair and working at desk. Convenient plugins at desk for charging. Would definitely stay again.

Bed is too high. Difficult to get in & out of. Could not sit on bed.

The bed was very comfy. The room was generally clean and sound proofed

The elevators beed replacement. Also the bathroom drainage looks dirty on the inside. This can be opened up and cleaned regularly otherwise it might spread bacteria

Location was perfect for my purpose. Didn't eat the breakfast as breakfast was provided at the event I attended.

The shape in my room was broken. I couldn't put it up. Also, the body wash container was empty.

They did not put us on club floor this time after numerous stays. A birthday party and wedding at a ritz carton by our family. We should be in club level.

Spacious room and heating is effective Bathroom is great. Staff in general is very attentive

Room was not made on second day…. But staff replace complementary water bottle when requested.

The bed was very comfortable. the location was excellent and enjoyed walking in the area.

The ac was not functioning properly and the room remained humid. There was also a stain on the carpet... maybe a pet stain?
