Me and my family like the continental breakfast

Check out time was 12pm but at 9:45 am a lady opened the door (not the whole but very little bit) of our room and said check out time , this act is against the privacy act , 2) ok the hotel will return my $20 for unused Internet , though at the desk they asked me about the Internet use I clearly said I don't need it but they said it is a hotel policy , what kind of policy is that though if someone doesn't need it but doesn't want to pay

The add said "pets allowed and fee MAY apply". My son went in the room with his dog and suddenly she panicked. He called me and I went to pick her up within half an. The lady at the desk, who was cold and uncooperative, said there a fee of $150. When I checked my invoice they charged me $185. That's an unfair charge, especially for someone who has used Marriott for years,and unfair charge. They need to reimburse me for it. They lied when they said fee MAY apply and then charge my account $185. That's deceiving.

Unfair pet charge.

It is close to Rio mall with a beautiful waterfront and many options of shops and restaurants. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is included in the rate and it offers reasonable options. The room is comfortable and clean.

The breakfast area is small and it was crowded most days. The bathroom is dated and the AC in the room is little bit noisy. There is a small “kitchen” in the room but there is no plate / silverware

I stayed for the weekend with my girlfriend and the hotel did not disappoint. The shower was clean, couch was clean, counter’s was clean, the only complaint I have is that there were two small stains on the bed sheet. But other then that the location was very nice, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is really quiet definitely booking here again!

the front desk staff very friendly. I liked the room very clean and suitable for me and my partner. also the location of the hotel 10 minutes walking distance to Rio Mall very convenient. I would recommend it as one of the best hotels that I have visited in the area.

The only thing I didn't like was at breakfast the boiled eggs were very cold.

Didn't the misleading add about dog fee "may apply"and I was charged $185 for a dog who went into the room,got scared and took her out after half an hour,the for my dad to come and pick the dog up and take her home. This an unfair charge and misleading add.

I like the location The room was accommodating and nice Comfortable Staff was inviting helpful

Well the only thing I didn’t like was the ants in the bed crawling all over us that was a surprise I did show the cleaning lady and the manager a photo of them and she didn’t apologize and would get the exterminator on it ! We left that afternoon!

I love how close this place is to restaurants. It is an easy Uber to the subway, also. The value is what really makes this place work.

The breakfast was not great, but was not awful. The hot water was not quite hot enough.

Loved the decor, the colors, the cleanliness, the ability to work from the room. Nice staff and fantastic location--so easy to walk to restaurants and get around town.

The free breakfast was inedible. I prefer to pay and get good food. The room could have been a bit more spacious and have drawers for clothing.

Loved the layout of the room. Bedroom/living room separated, shower/sink separated, etc.

Was extremely crowded at breakfast so we didn't end up eating there.
