Breakfast was great. It was different each day and provided a very nice start to our long sight-seeing days. Location and nearby restaurants/attractions were nice.

The sofa bed was terrible - an inflatable bed would have been much better. Consider changing the sofa bed mattress - it's VERY thin and is a coil spring version. At the very least, consider moving to a memory foam or gel mattress. The person who used that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We did notice that people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel were taking huge advantage of the breakfast buffet. One woman came in on more than one occasion during our 5-day stay. She filled a number of empty containers (a large cardboard box full!) with food, left, and came back to repeat the process.

Location is excellent close to work and restaurants and shops. The people are always very accommodating to my needs. Breakfast is a bonus -- fresh and available before going to work.

When you have more than 1 bag it is very cumbersome to get to your room. I had to make 2 trips because wheeling on the rug is difficult. Eventually the rooms will need a refresh.

I liked having some space to visit with my daughters who we were visiting with. I also liked the kitchen where we made lunch and stored beverages.

We called about our charging station which we left in the room. We called 3 times but did not hear back. Our daughter who lives in Gaithersburg would have picked it up. I think someone decided to keep it.

Breakfast was a functional buffet. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and quick to replace / refill. The hotel was in a good spot , stayed in building B away from the Interstate and honestly there was no noise at all at nigh. very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the shopping and entertainment area called Rio which was great. also a 20-30 minute drive from DC. Worth being. abut further out for the lower cost of accommodation

The carpets in the public areas were a bit tired (a minor gripe as this is great value)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us in finding a room close to the exit, which made it convenient for our dogs to go outside quickly. The entire place was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. The neighborhood is super nice, with plenty of great spots to grab food nearby. Highly recommend!

Breakfast has many choices. Fruit, toast, waffles etc. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs. Coffee was good.

The tv in my room worked in the living room but had no signal in the bedroom. I discovered this too close to bedtime to pursue a fix. Also, could not connect to wifi. Front desk tried to connect but could not. Maybe my device or maybe the clunky marriott marketing heavy connect site.

The rooms are huge and have the in room fridge and stove, etc. are super convenient. Additionally, it is pet friendly which is amazing!

Our room was advertised as a queen bed, but I hesitate to say that there is no way our bed was a queen bed. It was pretty small and cramped.

It was a newer Residence so it was a new style of building and rooms. We enjoyed that as it was well done. The hotel provided breakfast which wasn't anything to rave about, but there was quite a variety so we could get what we wanted from fruit, yoghurt and cereals to waffles eggs and sausage.

It was spacious and suited our group very well. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and provided everything we asked for. We also loved the location.

Comfy beds, good breakfast selection, walkable and close to RIO - restaurants and shops.

Color scheme - all greys - including wall hangings - depressing. A splash of color would have been nice, perhaps some green or blooming plants/flowers.
