We were in town for a hockey playoff's and had a great stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony which was great and unexpected. The room was exceptionally clean and even though the outside gave the hotel an older feel the inside was very well kept. The front desk agent was extremely welcoming and kind. We were only there for one night but would definitely recommend and will be back when playing at that particular rink.

Pillows were very soft- however this is a personal opinion and really doesn't matter:) It would be impossible to please everyone on their pillow preference.

The location was nice The room size was good. The maintenance staff came immediately upon out request. The front desk staff addressed our request in short time.

There is only 1 elevator in entire hotel. There were no complimentary items in the room like water, electric kettle, dental kit, shaving kits etc

I had my Daughter and her son come and stay with us and you guys were able to give me the joining room. Thanks

Me and my Wife liked the suite. Having separate rooms is nice. And if we needed anything the front desk staff was more than willing to bring it to our room. Thanks

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Street noise, especially sirens passing, was a problem.The pathway to our room was inconvenient. Hallway areas are very outdated. One elevator tucked in an inconvenient corner.

Most everywhere I stay at this price point has a free continental breakfast. This place has the option to "pay for breakfast" items. Not even a free basic cup of coffee:/. They have a Starbucks in the lobby you can order and pay for coffee.

It was very nice. the staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Served at the bar. Hotel staff was very friendly and gave us helpful tips for visiting Washington cancellation

It was a long walk to get to the elevator, which kind of negates the benefit of having one.

I was completely satisfied with the room. The staff was very kind. But on the website it stated breakfast. I didn’t realize there was only paid breakfast. Couldn’t even grab a muffin or toast. That was disappointing as I only booked there so my family could have coffee and sit for a min before getting on the road to PA.

The facilities were nice and clean

My TV did not work. Another guest had all 4 of their tires stolen off of their car. I overheard the front desk attendant tell the police that they do not have cameras outside of the building.

Comfortable. Good pillows (not easy to find in hotels). Location. Clean. Great value.

More space for a room that is intended for four people. We had a king sized bed with a sofa bed that when opened there were no space to move.

Nice lobby area with fireplace and comfortable seating. Small but adequate fitness center. Except for one person, staff was very courteous and helpful. Great location.

Room doors are little hard to open at first. One staff member was not helpful (EVERYONE ELSE WAS GREAT).
