Our stay at the Hampton Inns was very comfortable, nothing to complain about. The room layout was perfect, we stayed in a King Studio - The sitting area was great, we had a small fridge and microwave with a sink. A very functional kitchen area. The wardrobe was very good size, enough space for all our luggages. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had breakfast which was very sufficient. Really had a comfortable 6 day stay.

We were not advised you had to request for your room to be cleaned. But once we inquired why our room wasnt cleaned, they advised us we had to make a request in the morning. Our rooms was cleaned nicely after. No complaints.

I like everything regarding the amenities: large bedrooms, comfortable beds, large clean bathroom. Getting hot water was sometimes a bit slow but eventually was fine. Apparently my colleague was less lucky on that last point.

Breakfast was disappointing. The comments were very positive about it and it turned out to not be what I expected. When I joined breakfast around 9 am, a lot of things were empty. No bagels, no eggs or omelets anymore. few desiccated sticks of French bread and average sausage patties, that was it. The rest was what you expect in a motel breakfast (basic cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, that's it). Nothing else particularly tasty or outstanding.

Breakfast buffet was clean and food was fine. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Heated indoor pool was fantastic and the right size. Good budget hotel for a family with young kids.

There were not any toppings for the waffles even though there was a menu hanging with suggested toppings. The quality of the bath towels (needs to be softer) and pool towels (cheap, rough, small, and not absorbent). I would prefer a soap dispenser by the sink rather than bar soap.

Loved how big the room was. the ceilings were tall. The view from the window let alone how big the window was. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. The climate system was great at keeping the room warm. I didn't notice any bugs. There wasn't any loud other guest there that i heard. I loved the free breakfast. it was delicious and filling. place was close to everything. building seemed clean, and well lite at night.

wish the dining area was a little bigger. a lot of guest came for the free breakfast. some had to search for seating. i had to myself.

Location and breakfast were fine for us

We were given a room for the handicapped. Not needed and not a problem. And we noticed: for a handicapped person the low toilet is a problem along with the absence of a grab bar next to the toilet. For us another comfortable chair for seating would have been appreciated.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds.quiet at night. Good restaurants nearby. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room.

1.The luggage carts have NO way to easily hang your clothes on hangers, without them dragging on the ground. Very annoying. Some people travel by car, not everything is packed in a bag! There is no accommodation or planning for this. 2.There were two irritating blinking blue lights on poles in the parking lot facing our room that were on 24 hrs per day. They said these were security cameras for the medical building nearby, so I guess not really in their control but annoying and creepy nonetheless. Reminded me of the movie "war of the worlds". 3.Room had no safe to secure laptop.

The staff was excellent, check in was very fast. The room was perfect Breakfast is always hot and good.

The pillows were terrible, too small for a king size bed and very uncomfortable. Also, bring back the bar of soap for the shower. I dislike the containers in the shower. Otherwise all was perfect.

Breakfast was great. Location very convenient.

Since housekeeping is not provided on a regular basis, they need to get their act together about providing towels, toilet paper Kleenex etc. when asked. The housekeepers are great, the front desk should be more consistent.

The breakfast was excellent! One day was delicious egg white fritata, the next day scrambled eggs and sausage. Everything fresh and hot. The coffee was very good too! The room key was super convenient. You just had to tap it and the door opens easily! Best hotel door locks ever!

I liked the huge ceilings in my room but the afternoon sun showed the cobwebs on top of the window treatments. The tops of the picture frames and all the inside doors were dusty as well. The carpet was stained with something red. I'm guessing nail polish. Was perfectly content there until someone checked in next door my second night and kept trying to open the adjoining door 3 times!

Alex, at the front desk, was extremely accommodating and efficient. He followed up with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.
