It is clean with great internet connection. Great space, beautiful room, and clean bathrooms.

It did not have a microwave. I had booked hoping breakfast was included only to be told that booking through a "third party" takes off the breakfast offering. I was disappointed. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels for my family. I thought they had a way to know which rooms needed more supplies.

The hotel is well situated with ample parking and adjacent to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. There are many shopping and dining options nearby. It is easy to get to from I-270.

The price of ALL the hotels in this area is outrageous. While this is a great place to stay, I would have stayed elsewhere if I had not been meeting people who were staying here.

Staff was great, so we're the cookies 😁 I ended up somehow with a handicap accessible room, and that presented a couple challenges. But, overall, didn't take away much from the experience

Just the room. It was clean for sure, but I did not request a handicap accessible room, but that's what I got

The beds, rooms and lobby were very clean and nice. It was close to a shopping center we were able to walk to. Hotel was quiet and enjoyable.

The only thing I really didn’t care for wasn’t anything big but there was a big clump of hair at the bottom of the pool. I’m kind of a clean freak so it bothered me. Did I still swim, yes but I just didn’t go to that corner of the pool.

The staff was wondering and hotel was clean.

The hot water was barely hot and I think they can do better on the up keeping on the outside of the hotel, and also to make sure that all the elevators are working and also do better with the digital keys because I couldn’t use my digital key the whole time I was there

The hotel has a good inhouse restaurant and there are also other facilities a 5 minute walk away. The room had a good shower and the bed was comfortable.

The net curtains in the room probably need replacing as they were quite tired.

Get comfortable and clean space with friendly staff.

The bedroom sheet curtains desperately need replacing. They look like they were pulled out of a haunted house or attacked by a cat.

The room was quiet and the beds/pillows comfortable. The hotel renovation was good.

The traffic at this exit was heavy so to travel the block to the gas station beyond the hotel, and back was approximately 20 minutes from the exit off 270. So if traveling for a quick overnight stay while traveling the East Coast, I might not choose this one again just based on that 20 minutes.

Of course then free cookies are a perk, but it was CLEAN, all the way down to the shower head!!

Only 2 complaint I have were that the door hinge needed repair and some electrical wires high up on the wall were exposed.

Gym and lobby bar were nice. Buffet breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs had been in warming dish for awhile and the bacon and sausage were very very greasy. Fresh fruit was good .

Lights in parking lot didn't work most nights. Hard to see and I didn't feel safe.
