Get a King Suite, not a Queen "Studio Suite". The King one has a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and dining counter, everything large enough to relax and feel at home. (The Studio Suite is just a hotel room with a kitchenette) The kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom neat. THere is also a nice pool in the inner courtyard to use in summer.

The only thing we were missing is a tea kettle. Of course --"I like my coffee black and my tea in the harbor". But we also like tea for breakfast and before going to bed -- so we used a pot to boil water. No a real problem, in fact.

I like the area in which the facility is located. There were plenty of food options within 20mins of the hotel.

My room seems to need updating. The television in the living room was on its last leg and their were water spots on the vents which would indicate poor ventilation. The curtains didn't close all the way to give the blackout effect and their was hair in the room from the previous people who stayed there. The internet went out and upon arrival the living room television wouldn't come on. During our stay the television did not show clearly which sucked for bedtime for my small ones.

The beautiful room we had! Very comfortable bed, lots of space too for the whole family. The breakfast was pretty good too. The price was the best part.

Everything was good we just wish the hours of the pool was open later. Bu the time we finished for the day and wanted to unwind in the pool it closed at 8pm.

Great location within walking distance of my meeting venue. plenty of free parking. The full kitchenette was a nice bonus. Generally clean and welcoming environment

Furnishings were worn and in some cases broken The bedside table drawer held together with scotch tape. Bathroom caulking showed signs of mold/mildew.

The included breakfast game was strong and the staff was excellent - you could tell the operation was well run. The location is exceptional - convenient and all services within walking distance.

Overall, the property could use a refresh/renovation. It's in good shape but it is starting to show it's age.

The only thing I would recommend as a gal who has worked in hotels and restaurants, is I wish they would also clean the outdoor tables, one in particular had the same child’s breakfast (colorful cereal) clumps stuck to it the whole time we were there and there one with the fire pit had food and grease stains. Other than that, superb.

Interactions with staff was very positive and professional. Appreciated accommodating our request for a handicapped accessible room.

Only concern was the tv in the bedroom. It appeared that it has a major problem in the screen panel resulting in uneven distracting picture. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Convenient location when traveling to DC. Value for money, I guess. Friendly front desk staff. It was nice to have plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses in the room kitchenette.

The lighting in the room was dim, and breakfast was poor. I wish there were at least some tomatoes or cucumbers to go with egg and toast. Plastic plates and cutlery (but this is American hotel corporations caring zero about environment, not just this specific place).

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were super helpful. We arrived early and they were very diligent and patient with us when we asked about availability for early check in. The property is also very clean both inside and out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.

I liked having the handicapped accessible bathroom. I felt really safe bathing. Overall the facility was great, lo ved the location.

The living room area could use additional lighting, I e. floor lamp in the corner. The AC unit was very noisy. We turned it off so that we could hear the tv.
