Because hotel staff do their best for customers, this hotel staff service it’s worth the best things . and they are very kind and helpful . And always try to help me . I feel it’s my home and my experience with hotel was Very Good. And also Room size it’s very Big, and it’s so clean . Bed it’s so comfortable for sleeping . For 100% percent i can say that in future I will come back for that hotel . First thing in this hotel is Amazing hotel staff . Second is Room clean and so fresh

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It had comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a nice view from the window. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our stay. The location was excellent — close to public transportation and just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. It was a quiet neighborhood, but still very convenient for getting around.

Everything went well with my short stay the room was spacious enough for us, and everything was clean, Not stuffy. It was a basic European style minimalist room. The TV and Internet worked well. Extra shampoo was graciously provided

I think the breakfast should not be advertised as a breakfast. More of a grab and run muffin and coffee courtesy.

I think this hotel is the best, cleanest and most comfortable in the Tyson Corner area. The hotel staff are so kind and helpful. I really love this hotel and their staff. And the area around the hotel is very beautiful. Now I know where I will definitely stay if I visit the Tyson Corner area again. Thank you very much to Miss Nagwa. Very Hight Class

Bed and pillows are amazing. Coffee is great. I loved the room that had a kitchen. Make sure you get your cooking supplies at the front desk.

None of the side or back doors worked with keycard.

The offer of breakfast and the size of the room and convenience of having everything in the room was nice. Plus the location was awesome. The time it took to get in the room was a plus because it was a last minute booking.

It was a bit tedious to have to constantly ask for silverware or towels and the breakfast was small.

It's not the best hotel, but I like staying there when I need to go to DC for a short stay because of the convenient location, kitchen ang it's cheap.

It is not the cleanest, but it is ok.

The room was spacious and we loved having the kitchenette.

There were a few non-essential things broken/in disrepair in our room (ie. lights by the nightstand didn’t work, soap tray ripped off in bathtub), but it wasn’t a huge deal. We were also a little disappointed in the grab and go breakfast. It was only oatmeal packets chocolate chip muffins, or granola bars.

2 females: room given did not have a secure latch and the front desk offered to move us to another room for the nite and have it repaired the next day. we'd already unpacked and decided to barricade the door instead for one nite. the room was located at the end of the hall ... next to the stairwell leading outside.

bathroom shower curtain was not the cleanest and the carpet was dirty (feet dirty when I showered) Alarm sounded and there was no explanation. saw cleaning staff who said it was the engineers working.
