Not well maintained

The staff was very nice and helpful. I would like to thank especially to Bilal for his kind behaviors. He was very helpful and he had a very good energy. Besides, my room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is very nice close to the Walmart and the environment is good and quite.

The breakfast could be reach. There is very less food if you do not like to eat bakery products.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel for its value. The price is great and you are close to restaurants, shopping, and mass transit into DC. I have stayed here three times now and I love the fact that every room comes with the kitchen as well as laundry facilities on site which is great for a quick load of laundry. Janae and the rest of the front desk staff are so incredibly wonderful and helpful for any questions you may have 🙂 there is something to be said for great customer service and you will find it here.

I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn't open, and the fitness room was warm due to a broken air conditioner. But there are nice nature trails not too far away so we were able to get in some nice walks. There is also a movie theater and many restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, but it was warm and tasty. We also loved the size of the suite and the convenience of its location. It was in walking distance to the metro and about a 30 minute metro ride into DC (our primary attraction). It's right next to a Walmart and plenty of restaurants, all in walking distance.

The hotel had a pool, but it wasn't open. This would have been a great amenity after walking around DC all day; we were a bit disappointed, but that was a minor inconvenience. We liked that the suite had a kitchenette with a full stove, but there were few dishes and no cookware, which kind of defeated the purpose of a stove. We ended up eating out, which was fun, but we'd have loved the ability to cook, too.

everything it was walking distance to a lot of things like a super Walmart and healthy places to eat. The property grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and places where you can exercise you. Don’t even need to go to the gym in the rooms are big with nice kitchens. they are big mirrors in the wall and nice self laundry I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a home away from home and it’s free parking. Janay from the front desk was amazing. Very nice caring person that helped me.

turning on the TV with the channels was a little bit confusing they don’t have many channels to offer. I think it’s DIRECTV.

I'm not sure of his name but the gentleman working the front desk was amazing! He was friendly, and provided us with food recommendations in the area. The location was great especially when you can walk to Wal-Mart! It was quiet and very comfortable.

Didn't have any wash cloths, but I got some from Walmart, so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Wonderful staff. We have stayed here many times. It's the perfect business trip hotel. We have a full kitchen access to laundry facilities, gym and breakfast every morning. Morning, couldn't ask for more if I tried.

Would be nice if the pool was open but I'm not sure. It never seems to be when I am there

Everything. I complex was very warm and friendly. Grounds well kept. Pool looked in inviting but way too cold. Breakfast was yummy spent time at the fire pit. Room was large and quite spacious. Two bathrooms were perfect for 4 girks

Couldn't stay longer

It was located very close to the venue I was going to. The room was honestly great. Price was great, room was clean and comfortable. I saw some bad reviews and was a little nervous, but I saw none of the things mentioned. Everything in the room worked (including the phone), there were no bugs. I found nothing wrong during my stay. There was a $50 incidentals hold, but the money was refunded to my account within 8 hours of discharging.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

This was the perfect location for me to get to my conference. It was close enough to walk to the Metro. It was within walking distance of Wal-mart.

The bathtub didn't plug. The garbage was picked up before 6 AM, which woke me up.
