Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned 3 of the 4 nights we were there which was better than most places we've stayed at since Covid. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was recently remodeled and enlarged which meant a much nicer breakfast experience. Location is also good, with many stores nearby. Parking also is adequate.

As is typical of our stay there in previous years, the elevator is a problem. I am mobility impaired, so using the stairwell can be difficult at best. There are 2 elevators on the premises, and when we arrived only one was working. It was fixed in short order, but on the 2nd morning we were there, both elevators were out of order. This meant that I had to struggle to climb down 5 flights of stairs. Not good. There is no service elevator, and no other way to exit the building other than the stairs. Because of this issue, I didn't give the property a higher score. I will say that the hotel is a work in progress, and if the elevator issues can be resolved it will go a long way towards enhancing the overall experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable (It looks like they just upgraded and so new desks, beds, TVs). Shower pressure was great. I had no issues with the room. It comes with a free breakfast which is nice (but taste is very average). Staff was quite good (a big thumbs up to them). They also cater to middle school DC trips but they set up a separate breakfast room for them so you're not overrun by middle schoolers. I've stayed in the other hotels in Springfield and this is the best one.

Hotel is at a major highway intersection so you can hear the trucks in the morning during rush hour (it didn't affect me as I get up early anyway). Also the A/C is right next to the desk and it's a bit hard to work when you have the air blowing on you.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Great towels Lots of desk space Comfortable chair at desk. Service was good. Best free breakfast we've had anywhere. Workout room has free weights and bench, as well as treadmills and stationery bike. It is not a recumbent bike. Easy access to freeway Parking lot is very well illuminated. Plenty of parking.

Room only had one chair but they brought one up from the dining area when we asked. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Fridge was set too cold and froze everything we put in it. We couldn't find any way to adjust it. Very frustrating. NO microwave!

The hotel which was just remodeled was clean, the staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Check in was not good. I gave my name, reservation number, even showed them my emails.Two front desk people were unable to locate my reservation. Could it possibly be under any other name, absolutely not. All of my email confirmations are addressed to me Diane. They then needed my credit card and found it with three three as the name. Seems this was a system issue and an inconvenience for me.

The location is great, right off the highway. Many shops nearby. Breakfast was good. Maybe extend the time to 10 am on weekdays to avoid large crowds, especially in summer. Room was clean, could have used more electric outlets, and another chair for seating. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Parking for guests when there is an event at the hotel is tough. We ended up using one of several spots reserved for Diamond Elite members. Not sure whether there is room to expand parking. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Very accommodating! We were given an older room originally with a pull out sofa for the second bed we needed. It was the saddest pull out bed I’d ever seen. I called the front desk and they very kindly found us a great room with a proper double bed situation. The breakfast was also great.

It was undergoing construction for updates at the time so that was a little bit of a nuisance noise why and also cleanliness wise but understandable.

Beds very comfy, room was large enough. Bathrooms ok. Clean sheets. Hotel looks and is quite old, but it doesn't really show, bother or notice it. There was a sign that they where doing renovations during daytime when we stayed there for 1 night. Reception very friendly.. very good and enough parking. Shows nearby walking distance.

For breakfast paper plates, cups, plastic forks, knifes, spoons. All disposable and "recycles" used for breakfast. These days with garbage awareness, this should not be the case anymore in my opinion and use washable materials for re use.

We were really impressed with the staff. The woman who checked me in had everything ready and it was very quick. The lifeguard at the pool was very accommodating. The breakfast staff were amazing. My husband and I thought they were efficient and always made sure the breakfast bar was full. The rooms were clean and this is a great location as we are tourist and touring the cities sites. We will definitely stay here when we come back to the city.

Room was nice with well-functioning A/C and room darkening curtains. Room was clean and quiet. Appreciated the free parking, acceptance of pets, and the included breakfast. The breakfast offerings were quite good. We really liked the pancake machine. The staff were nice. We had accidentally made two reservations for the same night and they refunded our money, even though it was past the cancellation deadline. The location was well-suited to our needs.

We didn't like that smokers would stand near the entrance to the pool area and near the entrance to the hotel and we had to run the gauntlet to get past them.

The hotel is very clean. The room was nice, well equipped and very quiet. Yes, this hotel needs the renovation, but they support rooms in a good shape. There is a huge plaza just near the hotel ( 5 mins walking distance). Huge Aldi 2 mins drive from the hotel. Huge parking. I stayed on Tuesday and the parking was hardly occupied. The breakfast was nice, no vegetables at all :) some fruits. But good omelette, franks and cakes. Very close to I-95, 20 mins to Washington if you’re not in the traffic jam, otherwise it’s 40+ mins. Recommend this hotel.

No disadvantages I would say.
