I loved the free shuttle service from the airport and all of the staff that I engaged with were amazing. The bed was comfortable and view from the 10th floor was pretty cool. For me and the purposes of my trip, the location is great.

After a long plane ride from the west coast, I was really looking forward to a shower. Unfortunately the water was cold and never warmed up. The air conditioner was also so loud that even people I was talking to on the phone could hear it. Thankfully I packed ear plugs :) And I logged into my Netflix account on the room’s TV during my stay and forgot to log out. No one’s fault but mine but now I’m worried that I will always be logged in there. Maybe splurging for streaming services could be something the hotel could budget?

very clean, very confortable and close to the airport

When I did my search on booking my two request were, breakfast included and transportation to the airport. Got neither one, breakfast is not included you have to pay for it, and yes they have a shuttle but the website doesn’t tell you that is not available between 11am and 3pm, I end up getting an uber and paying for breakfast something that should be on booking website.

The property was nice and clean… room and bathroom were spotless. Room had a nice large 50 inch tv. Staff was friendly and efficient. My room key was not working when I initially arrived… called down to the desk and they immediately had the maintenance engineer came up to assist. I complained that the ice maker was not working while he was working on my door… he took my ice bucket and filled it up from the 10th floor.

Parking cost $22 a day The ice machine on 11th floor was broken Room was on smaller side but ok for 1 person Bathroom was small and tight… I could not close the bathroom door if I was sitting on the toilet.

Loved room, good breakfast

When I first checked in, was placed in a room on 11th where heat was broken, then referred to neighboring room (on 11th) where heat lackage was same. Finally, given a room on 2nd floor...all okay.

Parking was great. Staff very helpful and wonderful and friendly.

The toilet did not flush. I was ready for bed when I discovered the problem and chose not to call desk because I did not want to change rooms. Notified when leaving and told they would have moved me.

Food was great, staff were pleasant and such a great help. Great value for what we paid, would def be back for the third time if needed.

Bed sheets and pillow cases had brown stains/dots on them. Worried about the potential for bedbugs. Bathroom left ALOT to be desired especially the weak flush toilet.

Close to where my son lived.

Cost for parking. Sometimes staff was slow. I was over charged one day for parking.

The food and drink place did not open until 5:00 pm. I had visitors at 4:00 pm and we could not get anything.

Location was good. Very good proximity to the landmarks I planned to visit. I did not use the parking, and missed the breakfast. Location is also close to grocery stores across the road.

ATM machine did not accept my international cards.

The room was great! I especially enjoyed the view and the parking and location wrere an added value.

There wasn't anything that I disliked at this hotel.
