Spacious, comfortable, great location, kitchen stocked with needed utensils so we could cook meals. Good customer service - they respond quickly when you have questions or concerns.

The shower needs attention. There was a leak on the shower head, but they responded to the concern when we reached out. It’s nice that they have shampoo, conditioner, and soap…but the products were old and musty smelling and needed to be replaced. Overall, these were just small things and won’t prevent us from staying again!

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options. The room was spacious, clean, with modern furniture. I was only there for a night but with a full kitchen in the unit, I can easily see myself staying longer next time I’m visiting the area again. I especially enjoyed the keyless access to the building and my room.

Nice neighborhood, full kitchen, comfortable temperature controls, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, quick response when we had questions.

Only one complaint - No overhead light bulb in bedroom light. Bedroom was very dark.

Loved the space with large living area separate from the bedroom. Really liked the location which was close to where our family lived as well as loads of restaurants. Only had a 2 minute walk to get fresh donuts and coffee in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom was small and sink was tiny. Couldn’t have 2 people getting ready in there at the same time.

- Great location with easy access to a lot of restaurants nearby. - Comfortable bed and couch. - Decent TV and wi-fi connection. - Well-stocked kitchen with everything I needed short of groceries.

- No easily available nearby parking for people looking to stay for more than a couple of nights. - Room could have used more furniture, like a desk or dresser.

Kasa Del Ray is in a great location in Alexandria, VA with access to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and more. The building was clean, with convenient parking, and access was easy.

My mother-in-law stayed for a weekend and was surprised by the accomodations. The room was more than she was expecting. She loved being close to the Saturday Farmer's Market and other restaurants.

She did not have any complaints.

The staff was very responsive when we first arrived and the AC wasn't working. It was checked and we were relocated to another room.

Storm power outage the 2nd night had us removing all belongings in the dark and searching for other accommodations.

I enjoyed all the environment and all the local shops
