This hotel has an excellent location and exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the shower is great. Parking is convenient — you can either pay for valet service or walk just two minutes to a more affordable parking garage nearby. It’s also close to great restaurants and the metro. At check-in, the staff member was super kind, attentive, and very helpful. However, during check-out, the man at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. A few days earlier, I had asked him something, and his attitude was the same. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant hotel, and I enjoyed my stay.

Staff at reception was attentive and friendly. Room spacious, clean and comfortable beds. The shuttle service is working fine and stable, this is very convenient for commuting between airport/Metro and Hotel.

Restaurant/Bar with limited options and average food quality, service was ambivalent (took 2 diners). Also the space is noisy and not very clean. Prices are too high for the quality you get. Disappointing is after-stay communication with hotel (via email, not phone); no direct answers, as I requested my invoice bill.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and the room was so comfortable to stay in and the hotel location is near everything but the saving grace was free on street parking around the corner. It's less than a 5 minute walk and so worth it.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking. I understand you have unlimited access but for the high prices of the bistro and parking being $45...there was no way. Find FREE weekend parking around the corner and walk to the hotel and stay there. It was cheaper for us to Lyft our way around where we needed to go then move my car.

Property was very clean, room was nice. Location was pretty good especially convenient to airport and where I was going. Staff were all very helpful and kind and addressed any questions or Help I needed.

I was unable to switch from a king bed to two queens. It wasn’t a huge deal as I was sharing a room with my daughter but it would have been nice for her to have her own bed because she was traveling with her 2 month old Infant.

Location to Airport - I had an early flight and late returning flight, airport's location was very convenient. Loved the ability to do self service laundry on site - using an App. I had issues with it working and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The front desk team were helpful and pleasant. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast. Service was good too. Room was large, bed was comfortable, great shower! It is a cashless hotel, so this is important to note. I was going away for 3 days and the hotel allowed me to leave a large suitcase with them (which i did not need on my trip) and this was very much appreciated. I stayed here twice within the same week.

Was disappointed the airport shuttle finished at midnight, my flight was delayed and had to uber from the airport to hotel .

We liked everything about this facility location the staff was very friendly and helpful we were originally booked at a different hotel that canceled my reservation due to my bank freezing my account because I forgot to notify them I was traveling even though I notified them that we would be having an early morning check-in I had originally booked the room to arrive on the 30th but knew we would be arriving on the 1st so when we arrived to the Courtyard at 10:00 a.m. of course check-in isn't until 3:00 I explained the situation to the front desk they said they would see what they could do, they got us in within hour and a half two hours tops so grateful after an overnight flight but the location is perfect close to the DCA Airport plenty of places to go eat all walkable including shopping, our room 1203 had an awesome view of the airport and the Potomac couldn't ask for a better stay

There really wasn't anything I didn't like the only thing I did notice they did not have was a safe for valuables which we didn't really have any to put away

Close to the airport, enough to clean your clothes, eat a meal, get some sleep. The shuttle is short and sweet. The Wi-Fi was good and the workout room looked nice.

The outside was pretty close to the lunch/dinner area, so be sure to have warm clothing if you are getting close to the entrance. Be sure to get your detergent if you are doing laundry, the staff did not disclose this immediately.

Airport shuttle was convenient throughout our stay to utilize Metro rail station Breakfast was very good Fitness center also was nice

Parking options in basement garage were limited so we didn’t move vehicle after checking in and used the Metro instead so we could ensure we had secure parking for the duration of our stay.

Convenient location with shuttles to airport and metro. Very clean and comfortable! Love the fact the AC thermostat is on the wall and works very well. Nice hot hot water. It was very quite no slamming of other guests doors which is great when trying to get to sleep early.

Wish the parking was a little more affordable. $49 a day is steep.
