We had a suite and appreciated the separate seating area from the bedrooms. The water in the shower was extremely hot with good pressure. Made to order eggs/omelets are always welcome along with happy hour.

One elevator did not work. It was stuck on the 8th floor our entire stay. The bathroom had some issues, such as the toilet handle having to be pushed in then down for it to flush, and the faucet on the sink was too far away from the bowl, causing water to gather in the space. My last concern is the cost to park in a very confusing parking garage. But the convenience was necessary.

I have stayed in DC before, closer to the National mall and the Capitol, and while this location was a little further away, I much prefer it based on the variety of restaurants and shops nearby, the short walk to the metro ( which we took from Pentagon City mall location so even more shops and food offerings ) The fact that there are numerous residential buildings surrounding the area also means lots of green space, people out at the dog parks , walking their dogs, at the park with kids, grocery stores etc. There was even a community day with a free outdoor movie Friday night of the Little Mermaid. We always felt safe walking in this area

Honestly the only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect rating was the desk staff did not offer me the free bottles of water at check in, and was not as friendly as they usually are.

The property is convenient to metro and many of Crystal City’s restaurants and shopping. The rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful.

I didn’t like missing small features while holding a small business meeting in my suite. This included no hand soap in the bathroom; I had to reach into the shower to use body wash pump. Also, there wasn’t a notepad or pen to be found. These are seemingly small things; however, they’re things many of us take for granted it even the most basic hotels. Also, at check in, plates from room service were observed I front of hotel rooms on multiple floors—including ours.

I liked the breakfast and courteous staff. The location was really good. I needed a room for the night because my flight was cancelled and it was close to the airport.

I was told that I could schedule a shuttle to the airport. When I got downstairs, the worker stated nothing has been set up but I could schedule one then. The lady at the front desk called with no response from the Shuttle. So I waited a while then ended up calling an uber. The uber got there before the shuttle so I road the uber.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was so helpful, and the room was a great size!

Some of the utilities were old. It was really hard to use the faucet handles on the sink in the restroom. One was so old and brittle it snapped clean off when my mom turned it. And she's not exactly hulk strong so that couldn't have been human error.

Free happy hour was a nice touch the night we arrived. Breakfast the next morning was also really good. My husband and I were traveling with my mother, and it's nice that we can both have privacy in the suites at Embassy. We were also flying out of Reagan National and the shuttle is just so convenient. We paid for Spot Hero parking and stayed at the hotel both at the beginning and end of our trip. Convenient.

Some of the staff were really wonderful, but I few were sullen and didn't appear to like their jobs very much.

Breakfast was awesome! Nice to have happy hour food. We had my mom, me and 2 sisters in the 2 full beds and brother in the hide-a-bed. Liked the closeness to Reagan airport. Flew in early on Thursday and they let us enjoy their continental breakfast.

Queen beds instead of full beds would have been nice. Being able to check in earlier. More food options for happy hour. Closer to the metro.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. It was a short walk to dine and explore. The route to the airport was short and easy to travel.

The hotel didn't have me registered through their system, even though I had booked and paid. I needed my phone to show them the receipt and booking information. Parking was expensive (50) a night. I was charged for two vehicles, but only had one. I wouldn't have known if I didn't take a paper receipt.

Nice and close to the airport, the suites were perfect space; we didn’t feel on top of each other. We loved the bar and restaurant it’s always nice to be able to not have to leave the hotel. Breakfast was great too.

we had a great time at this hotel, it was very comfortable and seemed clean, however, we kept noticing black hairs of short and long lengths in some of the towels, the bedsheets, and the shower. It made it a little unsettling.

Location

Front desk staff. Very meh - not trying to be helpful - never responded to my advance request for a 1H later checkout and then when I asked at the front the guy said only for a charge. I’m a Hilton Honors member & the hotel was far from full. Also, the room is pretty but needs maintenance. The bathroom light goes on and off, etc. also, the cleaning lady walked in on us at 10a. Clearly we were not checked out.
