The Afternoon shift were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I didn't have much interaction with the morning staff, but they were more reserved. I booked a room with 2 queen beds based on the pictures, believing there was a roll in shower. I was told the roll in/handicapped accessible rooms only have 1 queen bed. The reception clerk did arrange to have a shower bench delivered to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked as expected. Great location, short drive to DC (reasonable Uber rates). We will save this hotel as a favorite to stay again when in the area.

The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Crystal City DC Metro Station. The room is decently sized with two large double beds. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the room are both good. Good place to stay before an early flight from DCA. You can also store your luggage after check out if you want to explore the neighbourhood, such as visiting the Pentagon and the Arlington National Cemetery. There are limited restaurants nearby, but there are good selections if you are using the delivery service.

The staff were ALL excellent - friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was comfortable and had a small refrigerator and a microwave, which was a bonus. The bar and restaurant on-site were useful as well, with a big lobby and complimentary coffee in the morning. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The restaurant and bar were a little expensive to me but not outrageously so. The breakfast buffet was $20 per person, which would have shocked me if I hadn't had it included in the room price already. Fortunately, it was delicious!

Check in time was 16:00 but couldnt get my room because staff said system was down. Had to wait more than 30 minutes. Staff asked if we want to have water (that was nice) downloaded the Hilton Honors app and tried to get my room but couldnt because couldnt receive the digital key, asked for an ID and gave mine, but we could manage to get my card keys. Then when they returned my passport someof its pages were creased. It wasnt nice.

I like the area, the people were nice and it was convenient to the airport

It seemed only one elevator was working, it was a bit dirty inside the elevator, and I know this isn’t their fault but I didn’t know about the facade repairs until I got there. The noise during the day was very loud and it seemed to be right above my room.

This HGI is a comfortable and pleasant airport hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Overall, I found it to be a very good value.

Bathroom was clean but some of the trim around the sink and shower were not in top shape. Another very minor issue was the length of the wait for the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Not the worst but communication about schedule could have been better.

The location of the property was good, close to the airport

I didn’t like the fact that parking was $42 per day plus what you’ve already paid for the room which makes your stay very expensive. I was unaware that parking was free throughout DC for the Thanksgiving holiday but not one person from the hotel staff let me or my family know that.
