The receptionist lady, Virginia went out of her way to help us with everything: she told us about the airport shuttle, the pool, breakfast, everything, and alao helped with preparing the invoice for our company - she was absolutely fabulous, so we are very thankful to her! Breakfast was great, and the staff was very kind, too.

Excellent location. Spacious and very comfortable room. The breakfast included in our stay was also excellent fresh and the staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive.

The in room coffee maker is subpar. There wasn’t coffee available until 6 o’clock in the morning.

It’s close to the airport. It has an airport shuttle. And it’s very beautiful. I stayed there because of a flight cancellation so I was not there very long, but the staff was absolutely fantastic. When I was in a rush, the next morning, they helped me pack up some breakfast to take with me. Breakfast was included in my booking.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Dark room at night and in the morning, good for sleeping. 3 min airport shuttle.

Nothing much in the way of restaurants or cafes in vicinity, mostly other hotels. Nearest metro is the DCA airport stop, then catch the shuttle when it comes. But from the airport you can easily get to DC or VA or MD by metro.

As a retired Customer Service Manager, I can happily tell you that Ms. Lyric handled my check-in. She was not only professional; she was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Your valet staff were perfect gentlemen and the hotel lobby was beautiful.

I was disappointed in the bathroom of our room. For the money, the reviews, and the attention to detail elsewhere in the hotel, the tub and shower were disappointingly antiquated.

The shuttle to and from the airport was simple and fast...check in process same with great staff...changed our bed preference from 2 to 1 happily...location to restaurants and take out places...only there for the night but got an Uber to few sights and back so again great location...room was clean and bed was huge and comfortable.

Shuttle to and from the airport metro was very convenient. On-site restaurant also was a plus, even with limited menu. Thank goodness for the pool.

When hotel was booked with thousands of people for a conference, the elevators were very, very slow and crowded.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were great, the beds comfortable and the shower was so relaxing. I also loved the Swimming pool.

Only issue I had was we were supposed to have breakfast included and it wasn’t.

Everything except the pool

The pool is so small I can not understand why such a huge hotel had such a kiddie pool, really don’t get it. We were there for a hot afternoon and didn’t get what we were looking for :((
