Spacious, attractive rooms. Most of the front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, only a short ride away from lots of places to see.

The walls or the door were a little thin — whenever the guests from nearby rooms came or went, I heard their entire conversations. One of the front-desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful (fortunately, I encountered him only once).

Room was spacious and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable Good view from the window Bathroom was well stocked and also spacious TV was a good size for the room

Without vending machines or a 'convenience' style pantry downstairs, we didn't have snack options once we were in the hotel. We ended up going across the street to another hotel and picking some things up there. It would have been really helpful to have some food offerings that didn't require a meal/purchase from the restaurant.

The front desk staff as well as the bar/restaurant staff and housekeepers were exceptionally welcoming. I like the ammenity of being able to go down to have a nightcap at the restaurant before bed and the Made in DC giftshop in the hotel was really cool.

The fridge in our room (805) didn't get very cold, and needed a good cleaning. Also, there was no fan/vent in the bathroom which made for little fresh air in the room.

This gorgeous hotel is just 10 minutes walk from The White House! It has beautifully furnished rooms and lounge areas and a fabulous little gift shop in the lobby with local made gifts. There is a bar and a restaurant that serve late into the evening. The reception staff were really relaxed and attentive.

We paid for breakfast with our room booking. There was an extensive range of breakfast options on the menu in the restaurant but we were given breakfast vouchers that only covered the all American Breakfast. Eggs and bacon every day isn't the most appealing! Given there were cheaper options on the breakfast menu it made no sense only being allowed to get the all American breakfast with the vouchers!

Kind and helpful staff, beds were super comfortable. Location was excellent. Safe and fridge in the room were nice surprises. The hotel offers complimentary bikes so you can explore the immediate area which I thought was fun. Coffee in the room was great.

The water from the filtered water machines you supply on each floor is only luke warm. A plug next to the mirror would be helpful so you can look on the mirror and dry your hair at the same time.

We got a double room (Queen and King Side beds) for 2 adults and a teenager; the room was huge, with loads of space for luggage and relaxing. The beds were very big and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower and nice toiletries. Good size fridge for food and drink, with a water and ice dispenser on each floor. Pretty good location for the sights, with a metro nearby and walking distance to some sights. We didn't have breakfast, but ate dinner on the first night, which was ok but nothing special; prices weren't bad. Friendly staff.

The lobby, bar and restaurant were full of mosquitos, so we got eaten alive whenever we were there; no issues our room though. The air conditioning smelled a bit musty.

We stayed here as a family with two children in two rooms. Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel. Its location was ideal. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and also the beds were extra-large and very comfortable as well. The rooms were very clean. Each time we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with a nice breeze of cool air and very kind receptionists, especially Denise. We strongly recommend it and would like to go back.

It would be good if we could open the windows for fresh air.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with easy walking access to the metro, buses and the White House. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff were fantastic, especially the cleaners and front desk, though everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late the first night when most restaurants were closed and enjoyed a few tasty items in the hotel restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. It's so nice not to need a car in DC, but if you need to park one all the hotels charge a fee.

This conveniently located hotel has very comfortable, clean rooms. This was a return visit since we enjoyed our first stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Every single staff member we met from cleaners to the front desk was very kind and welcoming.

This hotel is very comfortable and the location is great. Its rooms are very spacious and quiet. The cleaning is good and the staff is friendly.

The water pressure in the bath is quite low. The breakfast is not a buffet and the maître is not that kind. And also, we need to depend on his desire to drink more coffee. And it's the same thing, every day. In my opinion, this is the weakest point of this good hotel.
