Clean room and nice location.

Deposit issue: The hotel management took the deposit from the credit card and did not release it. After 2-3 weeks, when I contacted, the usual response was “check your bank”. There was no issue with the bank, after a few email exchanges, suddenly I received my money. Obviously the hotel did not release the money. Now the worst part is that the hotel management never even felt the need to say “sorry”. They simply went quiet. So my advice is to carefully check if you get your deposit refunded or not.

I loved the staff. They were so friendly and willing to help us. Naya and Reynard were exceptional when interacting with us - a warm smile and a warm conversation made my stay there so much better.

The breakfast was too basic. The coffee was 'ok'. The dinner menu was nothing to get excited about. When sitting to the bar, having to watch the bartender run back and forth to cook in the kitchen took away from the bar experience. The room could use a darkening shade, as the lights from outside shone in our room all night. The in room coffee maker could use updating.

Location is great, very close to the place we needed to go. The hotel is clean and smells good. Bed was comfortable and shower was relaxing. Valet parking offered a good service even though is kind of pricey.

Breakfast was a joke. $20 per person for 2 slices of tomato, 1 sausage, and some eggs (I doubt there were two). The drink is not included. My husband asked for a burrito, and it was very small.

The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The location was great as it has easy access to the centre/ museums etc. I loved the dairy free milk in the room and celebrate your level of consciousness in this regard.

I found the cost of staying very expensive though and that would be the only reason for not staying again in future or recommending to friends who mainly travel in a restricted budget. Also, after paying $400 approx a night, there is no free coffee in reception where I wanted to work on my laptop (though there is in the room) and the cost of parking was quoted as $52 for a night which I found expensive.

1 day stay, great location. The room was clean and had minimum convenience. The shower is spacious and clean. Brian checked in fast and smoothly, and we asked to change a linen because it had a spot or a sticky smth on it. They changed the entire bed immediately. Thank you so much!

The view from was not fun, facing parked cars, and we heard a sound like the humming of fans. Room 214.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was very nice.

That where the hangers were, it was wide open. I prefer the closet type. No iron or ironing board in the room.

Spotless everywhere, welcoming staff, functioning elevators, good size fitness center with good equipment, nightlife nearby, great location near attractions yet not on a noisy street, I slept so well after a hot showering 😌; convenient on site bar and bistro. Your staff made my visit in DC super! 🦸🏻

In room coffee doesn't taste great but I have the option of buying brewed Starbucks coffee

The location was great. Easy to catch public transport and close to some quick restaurants. The room was nice. I liked the countertop space along the window and the bathroom was a great size. I like the light options in the bathroom. I am an avid gym goer and the hotel gym was good too. It had more than. Enough equipment in great condition to fulfil my needs.

One of the two elevators wasn’t working on and off so that was a bit annoying but not too inconvenient.

The location was great for our family. We used the Metro or walked to all the destinations we toured. The valet service was friendly and fairly priced. When we were ready to leave the car was there in minutes. The rooms were clean and the staff was overall friendly.

The room could have been better cleaned and in order after the cleaning service. We were not given new coffee pods or tea bags for the in-room water kettle after the first day.
