The room was big and clean, just as the bathroom. The hotel is close to the metro station (including a connection to Dulles airport). Free coffee/tea is served in the morning, and the staff kindly helped me with minor practical issues. The hotel accepted to keep my luggage for the day of my departure.

There could be a bit more furniture in the kitchen (salt/pepper, dish drainer) and more light. There was a bit of noise from the street and the nearby parking during the night. But that didn't disturbed my stay!

Location, value, space were all excellent. Within blocks to most of the Metro lines. Easy access to most of the sights, Didn't use the kitchen at all, but it looked good with large fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher. dishes, cups utensils. Although there was no dishwashing detergent or soap. Didn't check for pots. Some tea and coffee provided. Fresh coffee in the lobby so didn't need to make any in the room. Some music choices available in the bathroom, didn't use. Helpful staff. Lucked out on price, reserved before prices went up. Would come back despite imperfections.

It was freezing in the room. No way to adjust the thermostat but they sent someone up to adjust the unit to get heat. Pretty noisy; the windows weren't sound-proofed from a busy street. It was also darker than hundreds of hotel rooms I've experienced. There weren't enough lamps. No overhead or floor lamp, just a few small lamps and lights. Even bathroom was dark. Light is more important in the bathroom than music.

Wonderful kitchen furnished with all the cookware and tableware you would need for a long stay. Elegant tiled backsplash. Fresh, modern furnishings throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Nice linens. Attentive staff who responded immediately to our requests.

Our third floor room was on the street side of a busy area, so the morning traffic was a problem. The walls were thin and adjacent rooms had noisy late night revelers (3:00 am 😳) on more than one night. Staff was helpful in quieting them down.

I liked pretty much everything. I had a pretty spacious studio. It was well equipped and comfy. The photos are the same as the accommodation looks like.

A small disappointment was a view from my window and a little bit of noise from the vent outside. That's the reason why I would rate the hotel with 9.

I have been to many places and this is one of the cleanest hotels! Excellent room, everything is like in the photos, the room is warm, the reception is open 24/7, we arrived a little early but they checked us in, for which we are very grateful, the room is cleaned every day, unless you put a sign "do not disturb". The location is great! The kitchen is fully equipped, which was a plus when we were tired of cafes and restaurants. Great place! I recommend it to everyone!

I was in the city for the July 4th fireworks and to visit the Smithsonian museums. The location was amazing. Just 20 minutes walk to the White House and the National Mall. Also, 2-3 minute walk to 2 Metro stations that gave me access to every part of the city. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably well maintained. Some others have complained about cleanliness but my room was fully cleaned when I arrived. The fully equipped kitchen made it more of a studio apartment than a hotel room. The bed was firm which was a bonus because I like firm beds. Some others have also complained about noise but I was on the 9th floor and noise wasn’t a problem at all. I also had music playing at a low level when I was in my room so that may have helped. I did not notice street or traffic noise at night.

The lobby area looks a little worn out and when I was there, the lounge area was closed. The elevator interior was really worn out as well. There was a mildewy smell in the hallways of the hotel. The smell, fortunately, did not transfer to my room.

The room was actually a studio apartment. We expected a small kitchenette, but we had a full, modern kitchen. It had all the necessary utensils, nice dishes and other amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the open area between the hall and bathroom where the ironing board, and open closet with plenty of clothes hangers, plus a nice sized mirror were available. The bedroom was nice, ample size, clean & comfortable. Plenty of electrical connectors are available. The lighting was not enough around the bed, more raised lights would be better for reading. Nice mirrors throughout the space. Location was excellent. Very nice Peruvian fusion restaurant right next to Sonder. This made a huge difference because restaurants close earlier in the downtown area. Gregory's coffee within one & two blocks, plus a Pete's coffee on 17th. A huge plus are having the Metro stations very close by. You can easily get to the IAD airport (49 mims + walking to Gates, total 1hr & 15 mins to be safe), and major tourist sights. There's a Nordstrom Rack about a block away, very convenient if you need to purchase clothing to adjust to the weather. We felt very safe walking from the metro to the hotel even late at night.

You need to get a laundry app to use the washer/dryer. This was somewhat of a challenge if you don't use lots of apps! However, once we got the app, the washing procedure was easy. This should be stated in the room guide/instructions. Lighting in the bedroom could be a lot better. Checking in: At times the code doesn't work with the first or second attempt. We found if you input the code quickly it works on the first attempt.

A very Nice hotel, you get a nice space with a kitchen. It looks new and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay.

When we arrived the room was very warm, but we called maintenance and they helped us out very quickly. Maybe soap and a sponge to wash the dishes could improve the experience, however housekeeping washed them when they cleaned. Overall I truly recommend this place.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to attractions and breakfast places. Clean, well equipped and nice room. The free coffee and lemonade was a nice gift. Very helpful reception staff - Special thanks to Ibrahim who immediately double checked the deposit and promised to refund both quickly.

Noise from outside and other rooms was very audible.

Excellent location, within short walking distance to two Metro stations and other public transport options. That made all major tourist attractions (National Mall, Smithsonians, Arlington, Congress, Georgetown) easy to get to. Well equipped kitchen (Trader Joe's nearby - 15-20 mins by foot). Quiet, safe neighbourhood with eating-out options handy (one, very popular, right next door). Good-sized room meant a very comfortable stay (one week) and can recommend this accommodation.

Lighting in room could be improved, especially over the breakfast bar.
