Great location for my visit to the city with close transport connections. Clean and well presented rooms made for a relaxing an comfortable stay.

Limited food options, which during weekdays is probably not an issue as there are plenty of places nearby, but rather limited at weekends.

Location was really great and staff (especially valet/bellhops!) were great. My daughter forgot phone in car aft let if had been valet parked, and one of the guys (can’t remember his name, but he was from Ethiopia and recommended some nice restaurants) walked me to my car at my request and patiently waited while I dig around for it. I also like that they had hydration stations on every floor.

So…our room was never cleaned, and we were there 4 nts. I advised front desk when checking out and they offered to give me hotel loyalty pts, but when I advised I didn’t have a loyalty acct, I got a shrug and a sorry. Now, I didn’t make a stink about it, but if you stay and don’t get housekeeping service after a day or two, talk to front desk because it may not come.

Loved the room - cleanliness! No view , there was a window overlooking another apartment building very close by so we had to keep curtains closed.

We had paid for room inclusive of breakfast but every morning, we were billed for the breakfast (breakfast selection wasn’t great, very limited) - upon checkout, extra charges for breakfast were put on our card and we were double charged for 2 days of breakfast. I only caught this because of my habit of reviewing charges - I had to call the hotel to reverse those extra charges. Beware of this!

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. Great location with plenty of places to eat close by. Parking available across the street, but not affiliated with the hotel nor comped. Friendly staff. I think it was a good value the money and I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like the pillows in the rooms (very flat), and having to pay for parking. I wish the hotel had some type of agreement or discount with the parking garage across the street. Also, the bar service was super slow. They need more bartenders working. The wait was so long, we went around the corner to the liquor store instead. Otherwise, not too much to complain about with this hotel. I give it a 9/10.

I would have loved a bigger rain shower or more water pressure in the shower. I am a medium framed person 5ft 3, 150 lbs. I found I have to hold one shoulder and the other under the shower separately. It was not a deal breaker but I noted it each day as I had a shower. Also the location of the coffee maker is very inconvenient. It needs to be at the lower level for those closer to five feet tall vs six. I requested a kettle to make tea but never got it.

When we arrived, we were told there was only one room booked and it might be difficult to find a second room. As it was, the receptionist did find another room. The next day I checked the cost of the "additional" room and was told firstly that my Booking.com order was indeed for two rooms. Now the hotel wanted to charge a different price for the second room. I spent far too long with multiple receptionists until finally the hotel honored my Booking.com pricing.

Excellent time. Food, room, staff were all great. The view was nice. The hotel is a great location and the restaurant is a sweet bonus to the stay. The rooftop nightlife is everything! I would definitely recommend this property to friends visiting from out of town or even in town looking for a night away from home!

Everything was great for me. I did notice debris by the elevator on my floor but naturally that is due to visitors who don't care about the upkeep of the hotel.

Superbly situated close to the main attraction and a convenient Metro station, the staff is friendly and exceptionally attentive—a special thanks to Guram Dolide at the reception desk. The accommodations are flawlessly clean.

Expensive parking! Also, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned on the initial day of our stay. After contacting the hotel, we were informed that room cleaning occurred every three days by default unless requested by the guest. We promptly made the request, and the hotel responded accordingly. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the variety of the buffet breakfast.

The breakfast was good but on the pricey side. I like when hotels have the continental breakfast included in the price. The hotel is centrally located and we could walk to many of the attractions. There are food trucks near the hotel which help save a little bit of money. The room took a few hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The heater was on the noisy side. The bathroom was very nice and the shower water pressure was really good. The bed mattresses and pillows were quite comfortable.

More affordable food and quieter heater

Fantastic Location in one of the best parts of DC. We have stayed there twice and on the second trip - we were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel gave us a complimentary gift card to use at their restaurant. We didn't even have to leave the hotel to get great food and drinks! We love that we can walk around that area and find other things to visit. It's a short drive to different museums as well. The room was nice, cozy, and super clean. I'm not usually impressed with a lot of hotel shower products but theirs was pretty awesome. Overall, we love this location and the staff has always been very friendly. We will be booking again in the very near future.
