My recent stay at the Hilton Washington - Georgetown was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location in the heart of Washington D.C. was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city's many attractions. Beyond the hotel's own restaurant, I found a fantastic selection of dining options within walking distance, offering a diverse range of cuisines to suit every palate. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were incredibly eager to assist me with any questions I had, offering valuable local recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and cocktail bars. Their friendly and helpful demeanor truly enhanced my stay. The facility itself was absolutely gorgeous and impeccably clean. My room offered a fantastic view, and with everything within walking distance, exploring the city was a breeze. Without a doubt, the Hilton Washington - Georgetown is arguably my favorite Hilton to date. I highly recommend it. P.S thank you for welcoming me on the television

Minor detail - valet parking was pricey and I waited a bit for my vehicle.

There was an odd smell in bathroom.

We loved the location as it was very close to the event we were going to. It is also close to shopping (Sephora, Nordstrom Rack) and several restaurants. The hotel has an on-site restaurant that we enjoyed, great food and service. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable, however, the lighting wasn't great. Front desk staff was wonderful. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Room could have had better lighting. Was not aware of the coffee or other amenities at the hotel because we weren't told at the time of check in.

All of the staff were cheerful and location was perfect. And rooms are very quite it was awesome ı didnt hear any disturbing noise. A/C was enough.

There could be coffee service or take away in the lobby. At least one water can be placed in the refrigerator and there was no shower gel in the room. I was expecting ear buds and some bath tools for us. The bathroom shower drain was clogged. Water always accumulated.

The location is in a city environment, which means no street parking. It was safe because the garage for the cars is private for only guests. The staff was nice and well attentive. I would stay there again, There was an outdoor lounge that I could see from my window. If the weather was nicer I would have taken advantage of this outdoor feature.

I didn't like that you could not park your car and the expense associated per day!

From arrival for departure the staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Cynthia from front desk for making sure all our needs are met within minutes🙏🏼

The water temperature in the shower was not hot enough (we had 3 rooms on different floors and all had the same issue so we took for that it’s just what it is). That was the only downside to a great hotel.

The location is excellent. I loved the vibe of the area and the proximity to the attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

They need to check the rooms before giving them to guests to make sure everything in the room is working. We had a problem with the temperature of the room. The air conditioning was not working and unfortunately their technician could not fix it on the spot. They brought us a fan which did help. We are pleased to say that the hotel did give us a discount to make it right. I would just say please make sure everything in the room is working well especially in the warmer months before you give the room.

Clean rooms (Hilton quality hotel) , near by restaurants and coffee shops. Good for solo travelers that are traveling for a couple of days. Nice staff.

Located in a crowded area. You will need to pay between 50 to 60 $/day for hotel parking or look for self parking near by with charge. Not the best choice for families as the rooms are small, and the facilities are not good.

The room was very clean; bed was very comfortable, and we loved the location of the hotel.

The only concern we had was the incidental charge of $100 per night. We thought it was $100 for the entire visit, but it worked out. I am still waiting on my refund of $300.00. Thank you.

Very comfortable bed, nicely decorated room.

Breakfast was expensive, service slow, coffee served lukewarm. One chilly evening, all the sliding glass panels facing the sidewalk were completely open, making the dining room full of customers very cold and uncomfortable.
