Everything is exceptional: Large room, nice staff, new equipments. Would be even better if there could be be a foam roller for relaxation in the gym

There is an unexpected resort fee! I asked the front desk whether there will be any fee besides what I had paid on booking and she said no. However, I found out that I was charged about $110 more compared to the price on booking, which I assumed to be the resort fee. The hotel should have explained the fee to its customers before charging, better on the booking app, or at least at the front desk. I’m still giving 10 points because I don’t wanna disappoint these nice staff. Please, more transparency and honesty to your customers!

The interior is 10/10: spacious, functional and laconic. Several bus routes stop right across the street, so you can reach many destinations without changing. Personal is great, always friendly and helpful.

- The air conditioner seemed to be faulty and its minimum temperature was 24.5 °C and we couldn't set it lower. - The shower was fixed to the ceiling. This is inconvenient if you are a tall person or have a toddler to wash. We had both. - The tap has a separate valves for cold and hot water. How do people regulate the pressure while maintaining the temperature? - The soundproofing was compromised by the door to the neighbour room. Not only could we hear them talking at night, but the marijuana smell was getting through as well.

The AKA Washington Circle is phenomenal! From the moment Justin warmly greeted me at check-in, I felt welcomed, taken care of, and at home. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and so comfortable. While there 3 days and nights for work, I used the business pod, ate at the restaurant, and used the gym. All was exceptional. The location is a quick walk to Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and many restaurants in Foggy Bottom. The staff was really stand out. Thanks to Justin, Jair, Ellis, Jerome, and all the others whose names I don't know. Everyone was so kind and made sure my stay was top notch!

Our stay at the ACA Hotel at Washington Circle was absolutely amazing! My family and I had a truly great time. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The location is unbeatable, close to everything, walkable, and just steps away from rental bikes. We loved how convenient it was to explore the area, especially being so close to the Lincoln Memorial and other major landmarks. The hotel itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was simply an awesome experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great, passionate and lovely staff 10/10 Great check in process with complimentary sparking wine. Goood and spacious pause area by reception. Lovely rooms. Modern, spacious and with great finishes. Feels like home away from home and an upgrade given the finishes. Comfortable beds and lounge sofas with a big screen TV and a kitchen to sit and dine (room I booked - forgot the category)

Simple things that can be easily fixed. It’s a new place. So there’s room for improvement. The lighting system especially the sensors everywhere. I’d prefer simpler lighting with no sensors unless they have dim lightning at night when relaxing or going to the bathroom in the middle of the night example. Lights too bright in bathroom when sensor turns on and bedside reading lights are bright too. Needs extra soundproofing or rubbers or seals on the windows give the traffic around the area. The Monday complimentary breakfas would be nicer if it was more than just a coffee/tea and croissant. Some fruit and yoghurt would be great, for example.

Spacious room and bathroom, nice storage and eat-in area for a regular hotel room including windows that open. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. I loved that they had a great restaurant, bar and laundry facilities! They also had a covered area for loading and allowed Lyft drivers to use it. Very nice & quality amenities in the room. I would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, it's within one block of 3 Metro lines which made getting around easy.

Of minor concern only for me, but there were only a 3-4 weight machines in the work-out room. There were free weights, though, mirrors, mats and tread mills. Enough to get it done.

The property feels new and modern. The staff was very attentive and kind, it definitely stood out to me as I haven’t seen this service in 4-star hotels.

The air conditioner was very loud. The first night we left it on and each time it turned on to cool the room, we woke up because of how loud the noise it made. I don’t know if it was expected or if it was faulty. For the rest of the stay we would just pre-cool the room before sleep and turned it off for the night. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot outside so this strategy was ok

Everything but...breakfast; more on that later. It has been quite a while since I been to a hotel that did everything to make our stay exceptional. Staff was lovely, room great and location perfect. I am looking forward to visit this hotel again.

The restaurant down stairs was delightful except the menu was for a select taste. The pancakes for example were just weird. It resembled a giant doughnut. I also admit it was prepared perfectly, maybe its just me. However the restaurant staff was there to make the experience top notch. The location? What a great area to explore!

I loved everything about the AKA Washington Circle Hotel. First off, the staff is incredible. Justin greeted me when I checked in and went above and beyond for my entire stay. The room is beautiful, spacious, and serene with a living room and mini-kitchen/dining area. I made use of the gym, restaurant, and work pods while there. All top notch. Other staff that were kind and helpful included Jair, Manuel, Ellis, Jerome, and Ayu. I plan to stay here on all my DC trips!

Pleasant aura, light colors in the room, good size of the room, helpful staff, very clean and I find that the cleaning staff was doing their job excellently - special thanks to the cleaning staff!

Breakfast consisted mainly of pastries and fruits, with no vegetables, eggs, or bread. After I checked out, I was charged an additional incidental fee without prior warning, and I found out about it later. I don't understand what this charge was for.
