Firstly the staff was very welcoming and informative about the hotel and places within the surroundings. 2 blocks away are a variety of stores to get basic supplies ( Pharmacy, Whole foods, liquor store, smoothies 😋 dine in etc) 16 min walk away from the white house.

My room was clean, comfortable and fav' part was a working fridge and microwave. ✍️ there was an issue while showering, the water in the tub wasn't going dwn while taking a bath ( no I didn't call front desk as I was already active in the shower so I just used something to keep the stopper from staying closed) I only stayed one night and totally forgot to mention upon checking out) also there was only one wash cloth available so my companion was left without one.. A Plus was alot of towels and hand towels available, BUT need more wash cloths. There's a Diner within the hotel if you don't feel like going outside and a self serve 24 snack area... I would stay again ..

Central location near most monuments, clean and comfortable rooms especially the bed

No breakfast. This is offered by a separate entity and the quality was not as good compared to expectations of a Hilton..

Excellent location...walkable to everywhere. Very helpful staff...all needs addressed promptly and with great care. Rooms cleaned daily and early,Thanks Francesca. complimentary coffee bar in the lobby , great quality toiletries, fitness room more than adequate, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. Adequate towels and rooftop pool . More than value for money!

Plumbing issues negatively affected 3 of the 4 days...preventing breakfast in usual fashion and quantity. Also prevented use of the famed restaurant. Problem persisted and made the stay uncomfortable when venturing to lobby area due to foul smell and being physically displaced by water. Staff tried to minimize the impact but this was a significant problem they were seemingly unable to get control of efficiently. If not for the plumbing issues , would be more highly rated

Nice hotel in a very good location, ideal to visit the main landmarks of DC. Rooms are rather spacious, for American standards at least.

Breakfast is messy. You get two vouchers, even for a party of 3 or 4 people, and you need to purchase the extra breakfast(s) every morning. The breakfast itself is so-so and it is managed by one person who takes the orders, makes the coffees, delivers them and manages all bills. She's good, but I can't believe she's got to do it all alone. The other downside is the main one for me: beds. Mattresses are ok, but why did they decide to opt for small Queen beds in a room for 3-4 people, I could not understand. My partner and I found it quite hard to sleep in such a small bed, while our son was happy in his large single bed.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room we had was a good size with all the facilities we needed and free bottled water everyday from housekeeping. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice an hey as the Johnny Rockets diner area to host it which was lovely. Always clean too, no matter what time of day. We would definitely stay there again.

One drawback was that it was a little way out of the main area so we had a walk every day to begin our exploring. That would be reflective of the reasonable rate they charge though so would not put us off at all next time.

Overall stay at the hotel was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also good. Really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to attractions also very good.

1. Standard Queen rooms with sofa bed. Even for kids the sofa bed was are very uncomfortable. If this is addressed it will be great for families who wants to spen a night or two at the hotel 2. The service at the Johnny Rockets restaurant as part of the hotel was not good at all. The food quality is good, but the overall service was poor on both nights we had dinner there. Getting orders wrong, missing orders and then bringing food out in drips and drabs.

It was a good location and neighborhood!

1) Our kids were having their complimentary breakfast and one staff came to us asking to pay for food ! We told her that we are not eating and we already ate, she said that the whole family should eat together and cannot eat when ever they like! Non of the staffs or emails during the check in mentioned this weird restriction !! We felt insulted and embarrassed!! 2) I booked two rooms and while checkin the front desk said that they can’t find my second booking!! I had to call the booking.com customer care and get the second room. I don’t want to deal with such stress when I am out for vacation when I am trying to relax from all the stress!!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The rooms are really big. There's washing machines and dryers to use free of charge, just bring your own washing pods. The front of house staff, cleaning staff and maintenance staff were all lovely.

The Breakfast buffet isn't great, it's cold and not restocked regularly. We asked for bacon and eggs as the trays were empty and when they came out they were cold, so the food is coming from the kitchen cold. The floor staff have no interest in serving guests with breakfast vouchers, there only interested in the paying customers.

Overall the experience was good. The room was just big enough for four people. Breakfast was officially included for two people, but we could buy additional breakfast for the other two. The restaurant was next to the hotel, which conveniently had an entrance from inside the hotel itself. Parking was okay and manageable, which is always a plus in a big city. The best part was the location, within walking distance to the White House and many of the city's major landmarks. All in all, we had a pleasant stay..

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was great from the doorman helping with the luggage to showing us to the room to giving directions to where to park. Jinffer the front desk clerk made us feel like we were spacial. Remember our name the next day when we returned from our tour of Washington. With all the people coming in and out all day that impressed me. The breakfast was great too. Will definitely stay there the next time we come.

There is nothing the hotel can do about the traffic noise we were on the 9th floor. Washington needs to have a no ordnance would help.
