We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in downtown Washington. The location is absolutely perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a king bed. The room was not very big, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ice machine was located in the corridor on one side of the room, and it was quite noisy in the morning. A special thank you to Ms. Robin at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and welcoming, providing detailed information about nearby parking. She even gave us a clear map to the parking garage, making it easy to find — no chance of getting lost! Parking itself was safe, clean, and just a short walk from the hotel. With a coupon, we paid only $10 per 24 hours. Breakfast was good. There was a variety with fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, and sausages. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and iced lemon water at the reception area.

The parking situation is a pain!!! You have to park for 15mins out front and rush to move for the next guest arrival cause there is room for maybe three cars. Then you have to drive 1/2 mile down the street and park in the bottom floor of the parking garage and walk back to the hotel!!! The breakfast was DISGUSTING!!! Nasty, tasteless, dry food 🤮 Our room was so stuffy we had to keep the window cracked and we think there was mold in the A/C unit. Not the best and won’t stay there again

The front desk ladies were nice and the hotel was close to nightlife and restaurants.

Value, and the two young women at the desk were very kind and professional. It was also a nice view on the 8th floor! Would stay here again!

The parking situation was difficult. You have to park in a garage three blocks down. Also, on an aside, the manager needs some basic social skills. I'm sure it's very stressful, but there's such a thing as common grace.

The hotel is a moderate comfortable and affordable hotel. The location was great and provided a near by garage parking for $10 a day. The staff was outstanding,knowledgeable , friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The staff gets 5 stars. This motel is not an upscale expensive hotel, but was everything we were looking for during our DC visit.

The ice machine was directly across from our room and noisy. The in room A/C was very loud when operating.

The breakfast each morning was a nice bonus — simple but satisfying, with options like eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit. It was perfect for a quick start to the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a few nights’ stay, including a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, public transit, and plenty of restaurants. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again for the value and comfort it offers.

The staff is very generous, Specially the reception lady i dont know her name she will give you a warm welcome, the location is good and the price as well, the have free facilities all the day such as free coffee, tea and lemon water and some fresh baked cookies. The location is next to downtown.

The rooms are bit small specially if you are with family but they are quite manageable.

Excellent breakfast. Hot and cold options. Safe location. Easy parking. The room was clean. Comfortable beds. The room was very quiet. Did not feel like we were in the heart of DC. The young man at check in was so friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is the epitome of convenience. Perfect location in the city in that you close to the national mall as well as other neighborhoods DC has to offer. Very good breakfast being served every morning which always hits the spot. Front desk staff were as lovely as ever and are willing to offer recommendations in spots to eat in the city. And a comfy room with the most comfortable bed with clean sheets. All for a decent price! Will definitely book here again when the time comes to visit DC again.

The bedroom and offer hotel is very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The staff was always helpful. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and you can walk everywhere or even take the bus or metro. Breakfast is ok

The look of the hotel is very old, some furniture like the bedside table dressers were worn and some paint chipping away here and there. Security of the hotel is poor. Ac/heater is noisy and to stop it we always had to cut the power.

I sincerely like a sterile and genuine environment; one in which hunger games employees and or contestants use there charitable platforms for the most lucrative and believable positions also most captivating wins are believed to be ascertained through similar methods also known as a playing field and or societal norms with in human and or supernatural conditions - note ; that there may be superficial outcomes for those who are self serving and or serve a gain that is preeminent and or may jeopardize Mother Nature and or THE SPIRIT OF AND EMBODIMENT OF TRUE WINNERS - whom are believed to be Champions by the Webster definition - privy in my own experience (s)?
