Breakfast was fine. Hosts provided plenty of food choices and made sure frig was well-stocked with what might be needed. Room was great, very spacious and decorated well. We had the place to ourselves downstairs, so did not have to share a bathroom. Location was perfect for National Harbor, great VALUE for the COST!

Could have been a little cleaner. There were a few places in the bathroom and the kitchen that didn't look as though they had been cleaned before we got there.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. The National Harbor House was very beautiful and clean. It was very peaceful and quiet and the accomodations left for us to use while we were there was very nice.

The only thing that I didn't like was the instruction for the television. We were not able to watch tv with the wifi, given. We tried several times and couldn't get the the network name to show up so that we could connect. My fiance had to use his limited hotspot and then the picture quality wasn't good because of the location we were at. And it was so late when we arrived that we couldn't call to have someone to help us. Other than that, the only other thing I didn't like was the fact that we didn't have another extra day to stay because we really enjoyed ourselves.

Location was fantastic. Thankful for the refrigerator. The toothbrushes, paste, and lotion was a nice added touch. Good variety of K-cups. Quick responses to emails. Towels were always restocked

My bed and pillows in The Lux room were very flat. They seemed old and well used. The room needed a spring cleaning. Lots of dust under the dresser. I needed hangers but there weren’t any. There is a very wide gap between the bottom of the bedroom doors and the floor. It was very easy to hear the other guests. ***The pictures showed the upstairs of the house which led me to believe there was a large foyer and seating area. Certainly not the case!

Easy parking and plenty of room space! We had a lot of things between the two of us, it was easy sharing space with others and never ran into an issue of waiting for the bathroom. The kitchen space was very nice though we didn't use it past the microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The selection of tea was great and the to go cups were very helpful on those cold mornings! The rooms remained warm the whole time. Access to a smart TV was very nice tho the room we were in might need a new TV soon haha!

Upon arrival the path to the entrance and the steps down to the entrance was very icy, there was a very light sprinkle of salt but was nowhere near enough. While I was careful, me and my partner almost slipped and fell on the steps. I know we are all on different schedules in life, I would have had no problem putting salt down if there was some available to us. Not mad just disappointed.

The location to our event was amazing. Neither of us was familiar with the neighborhood and did the best we could figuring out location from Google maps so when we showed up and realized how close we were we were really pleased. The check in process was easy, the room very comfortable for both of us, the shared bathroom was fine--got a little tricky Saturday night and Sunday because several other people including a family were there so lots more usage but overall excellent value for the price. We are looking forward to staying there again for next year's event!

I like that eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and milk was provided to make breakfast. I reached out to the staff that the kitchen sink wasn't draining, and it appeared to be taken care of by time we were back in the evening.

Only one bathroom shared between 4 rooms (likely 8 people). The bathroom situation was inconvenient. The cosmopolitan room could have a master bathroom installed perhaps, and pay more for that commodity.

The setup is in the basement I was very surprised there was a clean kitchen I was in the chic suite it was a big room with 2 beds a big tv with all the premium channels. They offered plenty of towels,toothbrushes/toothpaste, and soap the neighborhood is very nice I was only there for hours for an overnight layover. If I’m in town I would stay there again the price was great and I have zero complaints

Nice, cheap place to stay with easy access to DC via park and ride. The shared kitchen was very usable during our stay. We stayed in the basement but the room itself was nice.

This is a nice and convenient mansion. For travelers, only the basement is available. Everything you need is there. A good and well-equipped kitchen, an excellent bathroom with great water pressure.

In the room, there was no window, and the feeling was strange. It felt like I was in a casino, and it was unclear whether it was day or night. The room was a bit dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned well.

I didn't know the bathroom was shared. I wasn't sure if I could use all the stuff in the fridge to prepare breakfast. I did not know that I had to prepare breakfast, only when I paid and the instructions arrived I understood that it was not a traditional hotel.
