At first we were skeptical about this property, however after entering it was a very quaint hotel. There’s a restaurant that serves pretty good food. The staff are very professional and friendly. The staff made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was amazing!! We had easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The place is super clean. I’m one to clean as soon as enter a hotel. We plan to stay there in the future. I hope everything remains the same.

The only thing we didn’t like were that the rooms were a little bland. There were no pictures on the walls and so forth. The rest of the hotel is very nice. We also appreciated that the showers had a the perfect amount of water pressure. We stayed at some four and five star hotels that had lousy shower pressure.

I wanted to make sure to recognize Mike, Amari and Doris. From the time I checked in the staff was pleasant, welcoming and kind. We were given 2 cold bottles of water at check-in! Our room was larger than expected or shown online! It had a wet bar, fridge and microwave. It was huge and the bathroom was large and looked to be updated from online pics.We ate at the Portum Grill in lobby. Wing night and they were delicious for 1$ each. We had sandwiches and fries as well. The hotel provides a shuttle to areas nearby for free which is very very convenient and parking at the hotel is free! I will be back on my next trip to the area. The staff is always smiling and saying hello or have a great day! Wonderful establishment and a hidden gem.

Secure quiet hotel clean and comfortable, cleaning staff did great job, Front desk and shuttle driver JC were very helpful. Great idea using your room key when entering the elevator. short walk to great restaurants Sardi, lily, wine and beer

Wanted to have Mother's Day breakfast in the dining area. No greeter available so I ordered room service ,3 pancakes ,2 slices of bacon and coffee for 27.00 in which the tip was automatically taken. Very nice young lady delivered my food without utensils and no butter. Went downstairs twice to get these items because no-one answered the phone. Night shift shuttle person left so the hotel had to pay for rideshare for myself and another couple who attended the same concert.

unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy more of the hotels features due to a busy family schedule. Likes: staff, staff and the staff they were very attentive to us.

we notified the front desk that the bathroom sinks handles screw was loose and the handle slipped off. The Allen screw needed tightened before the next guest checked in an fyi, we were fine with it. Guess what? we left for a few hours and upon our return the Whole faucet was changed out, the area was cleaned. ABOVE AND BEYOND, thank you and your staff.

Very Clean and in that I was traveling solo it was very safe there is a noise ordinance after 10 it’s quiet the room was very clean and they have done some upgrades. The shuttle will take you to National Harbor and return for you and all of the staff there are phenomenal and accommodating.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like this is my third stay at Harborside

The room was clean and as expected for the most part. The bathroom was a bit outdated for the price but otherwise good. The cleaning and room service staff where very kind and helpful.

We could hear the conversations and TV in the next room very clearly. The staff checking us in has AirPods in and couldn’t be bothered to remove them to communicate clearly with us. And nothing could be charged to the room, so when ordering room service, it requires staff to bring the food and bill, then take a card with them and come back with the receipt.

It was in a great location. We stayed here about 5 years ago and decided to try it again. The room was very clean

The shuttle driver was lazy and unprofessional. They had to call him several times to come take us out. He came out like we were bothering him! Then when he dropped us off, he assumed that we were staying until the latest time. When we called to get picked up, I had to call twice. They said he was out, then he was finishing up his food? That service was unacceptable! You offered free shuttle service at any time, and your driver needs to make himself available for the customer when they are ready. I should have to keep asking when he’s coming to do his job.

Everything! Especially when I found out I could get 25% off my dinner, for staying more than 2 nights.

Parking vs the Entrances... If you can't park in the front or on ONE particular side of the building, you have a nice short walk to an entrance door. Being disabled, it was a bit strenuous. However, there was a event going on that weekend...

My wife and I attended an event at the MGM Grand National Harbor. The entire experience from check in until check out was exceptional. We were greated immediately by the concierge. The room was impeccable and freshly cleaned, and well stocked with linens. The restaurant Portum had exceptional food and our waitress was exceptional with menu knowledge and was able to offer recommendations. My wife and I tried each of her choices, and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and portions were very fair priced. They even had a shuttle that took us and picked us up to our event at the MGM. I can recommend this to anyone who wishes to have a 5 star experience for a 3 star price. We WILL use the Harborside for all future events.

I loved they had fast service for checking in and out. The room as well as property was very clean inside and out. I absolutely loved the fact they had shuttle services and great drivers with excellent manners. Lastly but I loved seeing they had church services they were for the public to attend.

I wish the property had a pool and a back entrance for guest to enter instead of having to walk around to the front
