I absolute love how my king suite had two separate rest room areas (one had shower and the other side had the toilet and another sink). The beds were so comfortable, I did not even want to leave it once I laid down. Staff was sweet and warm welcoming, also very helpful with helping me locate the property since my GPS was taking me to the incorrect location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. No issues at all 10/10.

I did not like how you still have to pay for parking, even after you have already paid for your room. Parking should be included in your stay or atleast have a car limit to how many people are able to park via room (ex: 1 car should park for free. Any additional cars should have to pay the $15/day)

This hotel was in a great location; away from the chaos and traffic but close to public transportation. it seemed like a safe area as people were out walking their dogs and such. There was no additional charge for parking which is a huge plus for this area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We did not have any noise from the road and found it very easy to fall asleep.

Housekeeping knocked at the door despite the “do not disturb” sign. Since we were asleep and couldn’t get to the door quickly, she proceeded to open up the door. This occurred at 0900 and check out time wasn’t until noon. I explained that we were planning to try and leave at 11:00 (despite the noon check out time). Went back to sleep and yet another member of housekeeping knocked once again…so needless to say we had to leave early and felt rushed out. Even though they advertise a non check out, don’t expect to rest peacefully in the morning prior to that time.

It was very clean and modern. outside was clean.

Parking fees were not an option. I could see if you parked in the garage, there would be a fee. but for using the outside premises, there shouldn't be a charge. Breakfast toasters did not toast. You have to wait and wait and then there's other folks standing around waiting. Then the toast still wasn't toasted. No actual bread, just Bagels & English muffins. I heard other Folks mention this. Maybe check the toasters to see if they are actually do toast. And if they do, how long is it taking. We were shopping for a hotel with a great breakfast buffet style and this was good. We like our food Extremely hot, this food was warm even though it's in a sternal but it didn't stay hot while toasting the bread, lol.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, friendly and professional.

To have to pay for parking. It’s like paying for luggage when you fly. It’s a nickel and dime action that infuriates me. Also I like having access to coffee other than early mornings. With no access to food nearby except expensive snacks, I really miss not being able to get a good cup of coffee other than breakfast.

The location was great! The room was great! It was clean! All the women at the front desk were super sweet and attentive. Even the cleaning crew was very sweet.

The late night attendant (gentlemen) was very rude. We spoke to him, and he constantly ignored us! The food wasn't that great either. There's only one washer and one dryer on the facilities, and the washer doesn't even allow you to wash a complete load. It only fills about a third of the washer with water! Be aware! Lol! I had to ask maintenance to bring me buckets of water to fill and cover my clothes inside the washer just to wash them. He was amazing for doing so. It took me 4 hours to wash 4 loads for a family of 5 traveling from out of state! It was a lot, but it was done!

20 min car ride into D.C. from Hotel. 10min walk to metro station (Yellow Line) to take you into D.C. past Arlington and Pentagon City. Free small Breakfast daily. 15 mins to Grocery store and dining restaurants (Walking). Located in quiet area right next to highways to Connect to entire DMV.

Parking is cheap compared to the entire DMV area for hotels. $15 a day whether you chose the 1 story parking garage or the parking lot in front of hotel bit are $15 a day.

Clean and nice breakfast options. Friendly breakfast and front desk staff. You can walk to the metro.

Location isn’t great, not walkable to any restaurants or shopping. No pool! The toilet was the loudest and longest lasting toilet I have ever experienced and it was right in front of the bed which was very inconvenient and a bad choice for a layout unless you are really comfortable with the other room occupants. The breakfast was great but PACKED - even in the week days we had to stand around to get a table. Elevators took forever but luckily we were on the second floor and used the stairs.

Everything about this hotel in my opinion was fantastic. The entire staff was great and very attentive to my needs. I was so happy with my stay that next time I'm in the DMV area, this will now be my preferred hotel to book.

I didn't find anything that I did not like about this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and they made sure everything was restocked immediately if food items were running low. Front desk staff was always ready to help when needed. The housekeeping staff always made sure my room was clean even when I was in the room. They were very respectful and I appreciated that.

Breakfast fair. Didn’t like the meat in the potato’s. Meat should be separate. Cups could be a little bigger. Please do not put green unripe bananas out.

I wanted to leave a tip online but did not option to use other payments like a debit card or Apple Cash. So I left Lividias tip at front desk. Rates needs to be lower.

The staff was very friendly, even when Booking.com screwed up my request for a vegan breakfast, they ordered out something for me and apologized. Very epic. The coffee was also very good.

I did not like paying extra for parking considering the garage was mostly empty, it appears because a large group came in a bus. Free parking would have been nice, at least on a weekend when the businesses were closed.
