The staff!!! Exceptional customer service and friendly. This is hard to come by in this world today.. They have been more than accommodating to our needs. Dua and Benjamin always have a smile on their faces and it actually seems like they enjoy their jobs and helping guests out. I have had a extended stay here and through out my entire stay I received excellent customer service. Kudos this is hard to come by

Everything was good no complaints

The room was clean when I arrived and serviced by housekeeping daily (an anomaly these days). Hot water was readily available. Amenities such as microwave and mini-fridge added to the value. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area to housekeeping are all pleasant and accommodating.

The exterior areas could use better cleaning. The concrete walk on the main level to the front stairs and the stairs themselves would benefit from a good power-washing. The complementary internet service is on-again/off-again at times and even in centrally located rooms the signal level can be quite low, possibly contributing to the reliability.

Clean comfortable room, nice breakfast.

Their strict "no food to leave dining room" policy means you cannot take breakfast to your spouse in room, even if disabled like mine. I wasn't traveling with her this time, but likely will still elsewhere when traveling with her, though a regular here. I understand their motive, but the shouting match with a client was disruptive to my breakfast this time.

The staff were very hospitable and courteous. The breakfast was nice. The hotel was very close to the Metro, which was helpful. There were good restaurants nearby as well.

The walls were a little thin and we could hear people talking in the next room late at night. Breakfast should run from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

It was an official visit to world bank spring meetings. One staff stood out for me and my colleagues. MR MUHAMMAD the security personnel soft spoken but with a lot of wisdom. He is very welcoming . Continue with the goodheart sir. Asante sana

Check-in was a breeze, very nice staff, answered all my questions. Room was very clean and relaxing. No problems with parking, and breakfast was great, and variable food selections.

Only thing that I feel could be better is to allow people to take their breakfast back to their room, because some people may have anxiety eating in the dining area around others, or someone might have a disability

Comfortable bed, sofa, all needed I have microwave , fridge , shelves . I am happy with the room

Benjamin was amazing! I have a service animal but because his breed I get eye brows raised, he didn't even flinch! If the price is right I'll MOST DEFINITELY choose them again!

The room I originally rented was not the room I reserved, however again Benjamin helped out. The bathroom was really small but other than that it was good.

The room/beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Greeted very respectfully upon arrival

The wifi didn't work. Also, the room smelled of smoke. I had a non-smoking room, but the residual odor from the surrounding room affected my room. I had to buy room deodorizer from nearby convenience store
