It's everything you would want and expect out of a basic budget friendly hotel along Route 1. Ample parking, clean, quiet, and the room was pretty well equipped. There was an ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, etc... for the low price, it was great. The staff was very nice and check-in/checkout couldn't be any easier.

The rooms are a bit dark but I had no problem with it. I slept like a baby. It's a 20 minute walk from the Metro (yellow line) but most people rent a car when staying here. I'm the weird one who didn't. The mattresses contain box springs but they were comfortable.

The area was really quiet, and the rooms were really clean. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping stores located nearby. The staff is friendly and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I would for sure recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is located in an area that is very congested with traffic at a certain time during the day. For a 10 min drive it took us 45min to reach our destination. If you are planning to go to a concert or a show at the casino, make sure you leave a few hours early.

I have been already here recently and the experience had been much worse. The night staff this time was highly competent, smart and willing to help, which was not the case with my last stay. I believe that the guy that welcomed us upon check-in (and that was at the desk at night for the next few days) deserves a career upgrade. I had coffee machine in the room, so that I could have breakfast in the room before leaving, just had to stop by once at a supermarket to buy cookies and milk.

Room cleaning is performed upon request. It could be improved. For example, instead of having to book room cleaning at the reception every single time, upon check-in we could declare the room cleaning rate.

The room was comforting and peaceful. No noise disturbances.

The location was perfect for access to the metro. The staff was polite and professional. The room was clean and good sized. Good deal for the money for sure! Having a fridge and microwave made up for no breakfast. Easy enough to bring our own breakfast foods. More then accommodating about having a rented mobility scooter dropped off day early and left sitting in the lobby for 36 hours, also allowed us to leave it there when we departed for the rental company to come pick up.

The Indian man at the front desk was so nice and checked me in promptly. The room was clean, but sadly it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke when I first arrived. The smell soon dissipated after turning on the AC fan. This motel is non-smoking inside the room, but guests are allowed to smoke outside, and I walked past a few individuals who were smoking on the balcony outside the motel room doors. As for noise, I heard some music and people talking on the balconies, but the motel neighbors were respectful and turned the noise off at around 10 pm. There is elevator access which is a plus for older knees. Overall, it was a nice room, clean, stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. There was plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure! Having a fridge and microwave is a nice feature too. I guess I turned the fridge up too high because it made my water container freeze! The tv is a flat screen with plenty of HBO channels. The location is great - only 1/2 mile distance from the last stop on the yellow subway line, Huntington Ave Station. The walk there is easy and safe. I also drove my car there and parked all day for a fee of $8.95. I could have gotten the parking day fee for only $4.95 if only I had asked the subway attendant behind the counter because I bought a 3 day unlimited metro pass which can be combined and can also be used on all the busses in the city.

I forgot to ask for the in room safe fee be returned to me at check out. There is a $2 or $2.50 automatic charge for the safe each day, and you are supposed to ask them to remove it upon check out. I forgot to ask the front desk attendant to remove it when I was making change to tip the cleaning lady. Oh well.

Price value. Good facilities in the perfect location at the best price.

Morning to speak of this year. Last year there were some issues with what appeared to be repairs going on the the property but none this year.

People smoking weed and the property never had enough towels . After l got off from work l would stop by the front desk to get towels and the answer was always the same we are out by later on they will have some . The time was anywhere from 4:30 to 6pm but no l was tried to come back down

Especially on the weekend you always have people outside smoking weed until it comes into your room outside trash everywhere housekeeping service need work after having my room clean and I have to go back and re-clean it they don’t vacuum I don’t even think they change the sheets honesty, but I’m not sure

The man at reception is very nice and helpful. Everything in the room is great but only the bed that i felt uncomfortable during my stay.

There is a smell of weed at the corridor and i have to close the curtain all the time because it is at the corridor side
