Having never been to DC before, hotel staffperson Darius was SO helpful, recommending the restaurant next door at 11 pm when we got there, starving, and then helping figure out the metro system for the next day so we could leave the rental car there. When he had to tell us our 2-queen room reserved was not available and we had a fold-out couch instead, he "made it right." And I didn't expect a big city hotel to be so clean, thinking of NYC stays in the past. Thank you!

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to great restaurants, Starbucks, a drug store, etc. The hotel had a great open area bar so we could gather with our friends and family. The bed was comfortable, the employees friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was too expensive. Our friends and family had already spent plenty to travel from all over the US for my husband's Arlington funeral. The added cost of the breakfast was too much.

Upon entering the front desk staff were friendly and got me checked in seamlessly. They have an underground parking facility which made me feel safer for leaving a car. The hallways on the room floors were bright and everything was clean. My room had a great desk and comfortable chair for work, and the bed pillows were divine. It is worth pointing out in my room, I enjoyed the way the bathroom was laid out. There was a small cart with towels, the room was bright and clean and the towels were FLUFFY and white. This may sound strange to point out, but most hotels give you flat overused dingy towels. There are also an abundance of restaurants and people walking around so you feel safe. It is close to Arlington Cemetery and the Air Force memorial. Two thumbs up for this property!

There really isn't anything bad for me to say about my stay at this property. Maybe...I wish I could have stayed longer.

Safe covenient Location. Next door to police station. Close to downtown and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and helpful

No pool or hottub. Could use some updating in motel. A little overpriced. But overall still a nice motel.

The air conditioning wasn't keeping a constant temperature. If it was off, it wasn't really off, it was giving out cold air, so at night one would either sweat or be cold.

Large and tidy room, nice staff. The AC motor (at least of my room) was very noisy but turning it off right before sleeping the room remained cool and comroftable for all the night.

The front desk staff was outstanding and the rooms were a great size and well laid-out. Online reviews said the place was a little run-down but my floor seemed freshly painted and quite clean.

The first two nights in a row, the fire alarm malfunctioned and everyone had to evacuate. That was pretty terrible. (Especially the second night.) However, I spoke with the manger and, after some back-and-forth, he agreed to take some money off our bill, in consideration of the tremendous inconvenience.

Location! 1 block from metro, safe area, restaurants and movie theater w/in walking distance.

Parking fees; and housekeeping by request only… which is good… but you have to remember to ask before noon. i kept forgetting until the end of the day.

Close to Saturday morning market. Close to ice cream. Close to ur daters apartment. Great breakfast and nice staff.
