My stay at Hilton Arlington was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredible staff, including Erik, Iván, Josh, and Mohamed. Their attentiveness and dedication to making guests feel welcome truly set this hotel apart. The team at breakfast was also amazing, ensuring a great start to each day with friendly service and delicious food. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—well-connected to the metro, making it super easy to get around, and situated in a charming neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and comfort! Speaking of comfort, the rooms were spacious, quiet, and incredibly cozy, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room, and I truly appreciated that level of care. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. I stayed here because it is a pet-friendly hotel that is close to Dulles Airport and I was traveling with my cat. At the same time, it is within walking distance of a lot of establishments in Arlington, so you don’t feel trapped here. My room and bed were very comfortable. My cat really liked the room as well! The breakfast that was included in my room rate had plenty of options. Overall, a good experience.

The prices are rather high for what you get. I would have expected bathrobes in the room and a bit more in terms of hotel amenities at this price point. At the same time, I was grateful to have a comfortable and conveniently-located place that accepted pets, so I can’t complain too much.

Great location, near the metro station and restaurants. Breakfast was great, but you have to pay for it. Wi-fi works perfectly without any problem. You can connect multiple devices at the same time. Friendly staff.

The windows are very small. You can't open the window for fresh air. The AC is old fashioned and not very effective.

Room size, comfortable bed, strong shower, very clean, water provided in room daily, location to everything including metro, value for money

Dining space for breakfast- went once and decided to go out for breakfast each day instead as space was so small, seating too close to others, dark and uncomfortable Bedroom window was also very small so needed lights on even during the day

The room was clean and quiet, very comfortable. Great location next to metro station made it easy to get both to the city centre and national airport.

On the day of our leave a receptionist was highly incompetent when asked for an invoice (he was given all the details needed). Three times he printed it out wrongly. We were forced to leave to be able to get on time for our flight. Despite my three emails to the hotel I did not get neither an answer, nor a correctly made invoice.

The bed was superrrrrrrrrr comfy the shower was amazing the bathroom is so pretty and what I love the most about it was that when I turned the tv on it had my name on it welcoming me we absolutely loved it

Everything was amazing beside the fact that I have a extra charge on my card for nothing because we didn’t spend any extra money

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent as the Ballston metro station is very close by for a quick ride to the Smithsonian in Washington. In addition, there are numerous restaurants in walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive.

Great location. Next door to Ballston Metrp which made it easy to get around DC. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well. Staff very helpful.Starbucks located in hotel.

Loved the convenience of having a great place to stay with an excellent restaurant and bar on the premises, so no need to have search for a place to eat or drink after a long day of driving, plus happy hour from 5-7 was perfect for us!

I loved how it is conveniently located to shops places to eat and the coolest part was being close to the metro! AWESOME oh and let’s not forget the room felt personalized my name was on the tv screen…HOW COOL. The staff was more than accommodating that day front desk, the concierge service, the food service engineers everyone was awesome.
