Breakfast was good, we really enjoy having it every morning. Location was very good, close to playground and other attractions. Very easy to check in and check out. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room size was good, but the fridge was making some noise. Kitchen equipment wasn't clean. I would use them at all. No housekeeping, we have to do our bed and minor cleaning and request extra towels. Location was very good, close to the playground and other attractions.

The bed was extremely comfortable! I traveled for work and where I needed to go was within walking distance which made the location perfect for me. I had a very quick breakfast because I had to run right after it opened, but what I had was very good. There are lots of different places to get food within walking distance of the hotel.

I had the shower on as hot as it could go and it was only mildly hot, and not as hot as I was hoping it would be. They only had one person checking people in so there was a line that took a while to work through.

Staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean.

Other guests are very rude during the night. Doors slamming, people talking loudly at all hours of the night. Maybe a reminder when people check in that they need to remember they are in a hotel and need to be courteous to the needs of other guests by being quiet during the night. Also other hotels we've stayed in provide hand or body lotion bottles and shampoo. Not a big fan of the bottles on the shower wall. Who knows what could be in them. Its just little things that make the stay more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

The only issue I had was, I asked for a late check out. So the next day came and I’m taking my time getting my kids ready and the front desk kept calling up to the room asking me when was I planning on leaving the property??? I had to explain myself twice that I asked for a late check out the night before. They kept saying it was only granted to Marriott members only. And I kept telling them that indeed I was a Marriott member. Come to find out when I got down stairs. The same guy who kept calling up to the room was the same guy that was trying to helped me figure out how to get the room key to come up on my Marriott member app.

Great but could have been cleaner!

You have to ask for the cleaning ladies to come. One day we requested them to come and it was 4:30pm they hadn’t showed up, called from desk, the lady came and literally only did the bed and changed the towels, didn’t clean anything.

We were visiting our daughter who lives nearby and we took the Metro to DC so this was a great location. The staff were all so nice and the room was very clean (a must in my opinion). The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

Of course, it would be nice to not pay $29 for parking.

The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. The room was awesome. Definitely exceeded my expectatiions! I will certainly book here again in the near future. The room was very spacious. I loved the view. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Plenty of space in room, new clean bathrooms, excellent location for shops, restaurants, Metro and children playground just opposite

Would prefer if the room floors were not carpeted as not sure how clean the carpets were.

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast had plenty of options. Covered parking was great for added security. Our kids liked the pool and it was so nice to have a lifeguard on duty. The staff at check in were incredibly friendly and super helpful.

The parking was a little pricey and the pool was a little small

Front desk staff was amazing, answered numerous questions perfectly and were always helpful and happy. Any other staff there we encountered was the same. Very clean and super convenient to food, shopping etc.

Parking is expensive but that goes with the territory. Car was kept in two level garage and was not messed with by anyone. Pool closed at 9 which seemed early but again wasn't a deal breaker.
