Rooms are spacious and very clean, super comfortable beds, even our teen said that the sofa bed was much more comfortable than expected! The soft beddings and new towels made it feel quite luxurious for a 3 star hotel. The included breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the is staff friendly… We loved the location’s proximity to the metro, the area itself is nice, but we didn’t spend any time here, spent most of our time sightseeing in DC. Inexpensive on-sight parking is a bonus, although the garage itself is very narrow, it was challenging for the large SUVs of other guests, but our regular car was fine in it. Also the hotels lobby is lovely and welcoming with some interesting art to boot.

The water pressure in the shower is low to medium, but serviceable. Compared to how great everything else here is, this is totally nitpicking…

I was in town to visit the Smithsonian but did not want to stay in the heart of D.C. Arlington offered the perfect solution. Serviced by DC metro so that we could zip in\out of the city, but far enough away to enjoy the safe, Walker friendly, beautiful neighborhood

The parking garage is horrible- too small and cramped. Navigating through the tiny parking garage felt like trying to navigate a mine field. Parking was so close that we avoided parking there all together as to avoid getting the rental car damaged by anyone in an adjacent "parking space" merely opening the door and denting the car.

A very nice hotel with large spacious rooms. Our room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. We liked the location and the surroundings. You could easily get to all the sights in Washington DC. The breakfast was very good and offered fresh fruit and many other things every morning. It was obvious that this hotel cares about the environment. No disposable plastic.

The staff didn’t greet us when we checked in. We were just handed the key to our room. No welcome or enjoy your stay or anything. The same thing when we checked out, no thank you or hope you had a pleasant stay or anything.

The location was excellent, you could walk in any direction and find restaurant options. It was a short walk from local nightlife. The room as clean and comfortable. We never had to wait for than 10 seconds for an elevator/lift to arrive. The hotel was very close proximity to public transit as well. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The pillows were not my favorite, a bit too soft. Just a personal preference though.

We were happy with the friendly helpful staff. The hotel and rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The options for breakfast was amazing and delicious! We used the metro which was convenient to the hotel to get everywhere we needed as tourists, we felt safe in the area.

Would have preferred different pillow options. IE: since there are 4 on a bed, two could be soft with two being firmer. I personally felt both were flat.

hotel is new and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with also fresh fruits. Room and bathroom were big and clean. staff was food. Parking available but little expensive. 5 minutes from underground station. Gym available fitness area good.

parking is little bit expensive the curtains in the room don't block the sunlight completely so in the early morning the room becomes a little bit bright.

It was in a wonderful location. You are very close to DC. Arlington is an clean safe town. The staff is very welcoming upon arrival. The two bottles of water and package of nuts was such a nice welcome. We liked having the coffee maker in the room . The room is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Our view from the room was alley way and heating/air units . It would’ve been nicer to have view.

Room was clean and there was lots of space. Breakfast was good but it was a challenge to find a space to eat because it was so busy. Location was incredible - reasonable walking distance to Metro and to a wide variety of restaurants.

Parking was stressfull. The parking garage was small and tight. Cars parked in "compact" spaces when they were too big to fit there, making our exit difficult and we almost scraped up the side of our own car to get around them.

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. The lobby was well lighted and spacious. My hallway was clean and well lighted. The rooms were quiet, especially considering the location on a busy street. The bed was very comfortable. The location for my purposes couldn't have been better. Easy pickup and dropoff and the Metro nearby. I'll likely stay again.

Although the room and bathroom were quite clean, there were some stains on the carpet.
