I have not stayed in Hyatt hotels in years because of a bad experience in Florida. That all changed now. What stood out the most about my stay in VA was one person. His name is Aymane he works the front desk. He greeted us with a smile there was something very warm and kind about him. I felt welcome! Any question I had he knew the answer and offered a little extra to make my stay better then we expected. His recommendations were spot on. I love DC and the hotel location was perfect. The metro is right there. The other thing that was great I stopped at the bar for a night cap and the gentlemen bartender served us it was about 10 minutes before the bar closed. He did not rush us he let us finish our drink in peace and off to bed we went. We will be back

The hotel room was clean and well appointed , the elevators work quickly ( unlike some other large hotels I have stayed in) The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices offing a wide variety of self serve options. The location of the hotel across the street from the Rosslyn Metro station worked so well for us to use the metro for access to attractions at the National Mall/Smithsonian museums. The is also a wonderful Italian restaurant ,Sfoglina, within walking distance ( 2 blocks down on Wilson Blvd.) of this hotel.

There was confusion at our check in about parking our car. It is valet parking only , so we had to scramble to get everything we needed out of the car before they took it away. The desk clerk did not make clear about the parking, she seemed unaware of what the hotel policy was ( she told me to go park the car myself) The $45. per day parking charge seems very high for a hotel that is not actually in Washington DC , but in Arlington/Rosslyn. The last time I stayed at this hotel in 2022, the fee was $32.

I had a great time at Hyatt Centric Arlington. The location is very convenient for tourists relying on the metro for transportation. The Roselyn station is right behind the hotel with silver, blue, and orange lines directly to Dullas airport and museums. The staff were very friendly. One night my neighbor was turning on the tv very loud. I called the front desk to help with the issue. Free unlimited bottled water at the front lobby. Quiet room as requested. AC works very well during summer. Breakfast is nice on the second floor.

The queen-sized room is a bit small, but considering the hotel location, I couldn't complain. I do wish the room service can come slightly late instead of 8-9ish am. I do need fresh towels but not while I'm still here. The toilets have a pretty strong flushing sound so be prepared to hear your neighbor upstairs.

We chose this hotel for its location near where we needed to be for a memorial service and family events - great metro connections also allowed us to fit in a few museum visits while in D.C. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, comfortable room with everything we needed. Friendly bartender was an added bonus!

Breakfast options were a little confusing; it would have been nice to have better guidance on the Starbucks availability versus the pricier buffet. The buffet was excellent however!

Very nice and professional staff, felt welcome there! Location great for business, close to wework, coffee shops, metro station. Clean facilities, comfortable bed, good alarm clock with USB chargers. Also possible to buy the adapter for charging electronic devices at the lobby. Spacious room. Always got provided with free water.

Really dark room, could use more lighting in general. Didn't get rooms close with my friend as requested, instead got rooms 4 floors apart. Not the best sound isolation. Housekeepers leaving QR code for the tip and writing "thank you". Felt pressured to tip.

Due to an error in the booking system, we did not have a room for the three of us. Instead, we were booked a room with a kig sized bed. The front desk clerk was exceedingly apologetic, & comped us the breakfast buffet. She also didn't charge my husband & son for the snacks they picked up in the convenience area. We are easy people to deal with.We assured her that we were okay with the situation, & did not blame her. I just appreciate that she went far above & beyond to rectify an error that she was not even responsible for. The breakfast buffet was awesome, by the way!

The staff in the morning are excellent. Very accommodating and helpfult. They always check on us if there's anything we need. They were so helpful after we asked for some ice due to some minor accident. The food is excellent and lots of varieties.

Would have been nice to get charged for breakfast for my kids. The breakfast was free included but didn't realize they will charge my kids since the reservation was only for 2 adults.

Perfect location for access to DC and Arlington. Clean and modern room. Rooms are exactly as pictured. Excellent bedding fairly decent hotel bar. StayCast in room. Strong WiFi. Great bathroom Great robes Courteous and friendly staff. Great driveway as noted by more than one of my Uber drivers. We have family that live in DC we visit frequently will be staying again.

I loved the staff: Christopher at the night shift and another colleague of his who were at the late shifts on march 15 they were so kind and patient. Eya the receptionist too was also kind and helpful. Mahmut the reception manager was also helpful. The chef and the cafeteria team were very kind and responsive.
