Excellent Stay – Great Location, Comfort, and Exceptional Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Washington. The location, in Georgetown, is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, offering a great place to rest after a full day in the city. Everything from the bedding to the amenities met or exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There is a speakeasy with jazz shows and good drinks. I definitely plan to come back again, highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, turn down service the first night, a Friday. Amenities such as shampoo, etc were great. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room.

The fitness room is very paltry, one cycle and weights. We did not get daytime cleaning service while there nor turn down service our second night. When we went to the rooftop our second day at 3:30 we were told closed for a private event. The event wasn’t until 6:00 and after some grumbling they asked if we were staying in the hotel, then let us get drinks. The hotel info on TV says check out is noon but the front desk says 11:00.

My room at the Graham was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it had everything you could possibly need in a hotel room; full-sized quality toiletries, iron, shoeshine kit, slippers, bedside water and a free mini bar and coffee station. There was Beethoven playing on the radio when I entered the room which was a very nice touch. The location is great as well; You could go for strolls by the river and there are many charming restaurants and hangout spots nearby.

I have no complaints.

location was very good, staff were fantastic especially with relocating us due to a flood from the ceiling above on the 6th floor. We were in room 601 when water started to drip from the ceiling in the bathroom and the cloak room. We were moved to another room on the 6th floor with no hesitation. Rooms were very clean and well serviced.

The wardrobe space was very strange with low hanging rails not suitable for long dresses. The bathroom doors should be swing doors to be closed and locked from inside and not a sliding door that dosnet close. Minor maintenance required to the rooms with touching up of paint works, new mastic to shower areas.

The location was perfect, just what I was hoping for ;) Luvd the Rooftop!!!! Enjoyed a couple nites there with family 👏 Another reason I chose this hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful ;) When I needed ice, it was delivered immediately! And the Nextdoor Cafe was great with a beautiful courtyard in back!!! Food was very good ;) All pluses for this hotel 👏

The day of the CheckIn, which was at 4:00, I arrived at 4:10 and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait on side til about 4:45 before I could enter :( The Room I received #701 was nice but “Small”. And I was totally surprised when I saw the charge “Destination Fee” $25 when I left? Never told about that! I would think “Resort Fee” was enough :(

Great location, wonderful staff. Large rooms, nice amenities. Loved the king room with a separate sitting area with fold out couch. Beautiful historic building. Travelled with kids and it was perfect. I would l stay there again if visiting Georgetown.

The decor was not great, but we didn't choose it for that. The building is so beautiful and has great bones. I think there is a missed opportunity there, it could be fabulous - a gem.

Location stupendous in the heart of Georgetown; valet parking very convenient; helpful staff, especially the doormen, all of whom are very accommodating and assist with parking, luggage, directions and other details that really make a difference; room and bed very comfortable and very clean, nicely appointed bathroom; free mini-bar a very welcome surprise; funky coffee shop diagonally across the street - clearly regarded as one of the best in town — and breakfast place with outdoor seating right next door also enhance the whole experience.

Beautiful rooftop bar was expensive, loud and crowded at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon with loud music and a frat party vibe that made conversation difficult… apologies for being old and snooty, but would have preferred to enjoy the view and my companion with a slightly more sedate atmosphere… also bathroom beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, but very faint moldy odor just in the shower, not really a problem and barely noticeable, but I mention because the hotel is so well run I am sure management would want to know and will immediately correct…

Ideal location in the heart of Georgetown; very accommodating staff, Gordon in particular, eliminated all stress from parking and unloading on a busy street, and getting everything up to my room, which was large and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Excellent little cafe right next door to entrance for breakfast (not sure if part of hotel), also excellent place for really good coffee diagonally across the street about 30 yards away (just over C&O Canal bridge, which itself lends a picturesque quality to the location).

Minor detail, but the large flat screen TV in the room had an excellent picture, but slightly slow software when accessing NetFlix (no big deal).

location was excellent. beautiful hotel and big attractive clean room. super clean huge bed with crisp white sheets and puffy quilt . valet parking . rooftop bar. huge bathroom with wonderful Molton brown products. terrific staff very friendly, efficient and very helpful. chocolate chip cookies at front desk were amazingly good

Bed was cozy but a bit too soft for me. I felt it was almost sinking down , like I had to climb out if it . the drapes had coffee stains on them. cobweb above the bed. no stand for suitcase and only one robe for two people.
