The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Super close to East Falls Church Metro Station making it very easy to navigate around the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise at this price.

Despite the decor being tired, it was clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned, bed made on alternative days but our towels were replaced daily. We were a family of four we had two queen size beds the size of the room was just right for us. The location is perfect for us The Metro was only about 10 mins walk away and easy to get into downtown Washington DC. Selection of food for breakfast was limited but enough for us, however the seating area was on the smaller side, at busy times you will have to wait for a table. There are a few restaurants nearby but were on the pricey end. If you want a cheap supermarket you will have to adventure further and catch a local bus to Aldi, bus stop just outside of the hotel. The receptionist was helpful but her English is limited, a younger man working lates was really helpful and was able to replace the iron. Our room had a fridge, microwave and TV. lobby level there is a coffee, tea, hot chocolate station and ice machine on all floors. Bonus is the laundry room was able to wash clothes and dry on the same evening, you will need change (quarters), I had my own washing liquid. Overall for the price, location and breakfast included I will definitely come and stay again.

The price is very good. Parking is free. Rooms are large. Towels, soap and shampoo is provided. Old but clean rooms. Considering the price the service is acceptable. The breakfast is 6/10. Cheching in is easy. The staff is nice. Easy to access the rooms since the hotel doesn't have a lot of floors but only two. WiFi is provided. Connection speed is 6/10.

The hotel is old, far from the city. TV/technology in the room is very old. The taps are very very old. Bathroom is narrow. The fragnance they choose for the hotel is not good. A/C is good but noisy. Although there are minuses this hotel can be preferred.

The family all loved the the room and tge breakfast. For a two star hotel, it felt like a three. Very pleased with everything. Will definitely stay here when we visit the DC area again. It is well worth the money and facilities were great. You don't get the amenities of a three star, but for staying at half the price of a three star you can go to the store and buy whatever fancy soaps you want and still save a ton. Very clean and felt safe in this location. The breakfast was great, and the money we saved from not eating out with a family of four, the cost of the hotel was minimal. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

We loved this location so close to the metro station, food, and shopping choices. We found the room spotless and outfitted very comfortably. Loved the bed, pillows, shower, fridge, coffee. Loved that there was no carpet and plenty of towels.

Would like to see more outlets for charging, particularly next to the bed. Also, a table and lamp on both sides of the bed, minor inconveniences, overall our stay was a great value and we will be back again.

I love everything , the guy in night shift is a wonderful person . I travel a lot to Arlington. Atleast once a month and every time nothing goes wrong. Everyone is nice its quiet and the beds are super comfortable. Always get myself a good night's rest as well as my baby and he is pretty delicate for sleep. This is definitely the only hotel I will stay in every time I visit Arlington.

Even though you can tell is an old building, I was AMAZED on how well preserved it was and how clean the room was, we just stayed one night, breakfast was nice not just muffins and coffee but bagels , eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal very complete. Nice location only 12 min driving from Washington DC and their main cultural attraction. For the price it was more than good.

It was clean, it was quiet, it was comfortable. Everything I would want in an overnight room. I particularly appreciated having a bath tub as well as a shower.

I would have appreciated having unflavored creamer available. Other than that, having a coffee maker in the room would have also been a nice touch, but for the price of the room, it was fine.

Building and room are a little old but very clean everywhere. Good location, close to restaurants and metro stations.

Did not like breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and every morning got same packed breakfast for 3 days in a row: a bagel, cream cheese, an apple juice and a green apple.
