The housekeeping and office staff were excellent and helpful. Those are who I meant. In particular the young woman at the desk Sweta Patel really helped me getting settled in and in solving a few problems I had, not with the facilities but in my not planning for everything and she assisted me in overcoming my shortcomings. I especially liked how the rooms are set far back from the 29, a very busy road, such that I wasn't not aware of noise from it at night or in the day. Large TV, Wi-fi, a table and chair, a desk and chair, an iron, good bathroom, no bugs. I will definitely sleep there again in future trips.

Don't have anything negative to say. It isn't the Ritz Carlton but I wasn't looking for that. Nice basic facilities with good staff and quite. So no negatives for me.

There was a snafu with the internet connection but they fixed it. The room was always clean and fresh towels and washcloth. The shower was great, good strong pressure, drains perfectly. The TV…there’s only about 9 channels, I kept it on the local news, History Channel and Discovery channel. The grounds are well kept, no trash anywhere. Big (for a motel room) refrigerator, with a separate freezer on top, good powerful microwave. I walked up to Harris Teeter and bought stuff I could eat in the room, like a coffee cup, those tubes of instant coffee, sugar, sodas, rotisserie chicken leg quarters, broccoli that I could steam in the microwave with cheap containers I bought from Harris Teeter, a quart of milk, and some bread and butter. Yogurt and granola and fresh fruit for my breakfasts. Traveler tip…at Harris Teeter snag a bunch of salt/pepper packets, plastic ware, condiments etc. from their hot food bar….I was careful to take all my food trash out to the trash can by the office every time I ate in the room . I didn’t see one single bug there in my 5 day stay there. And I tried to keep it that way. The A/C will freeze you if you leave it on, I kept it on 74° and at night under the covers slept great. This place is a great value for the money.

Could have regular cable instead of satellite, and give you more channels. Also one bedside lamp wasn’t working but there’s plenty of light with the other ones, and with the window shade up and the curtain across the window, lots of natural sunlight.

For the cost, it is a very good motel. If you are okay with an older room, which I am.

The wall have some dirty spots. The cleaning lady knocked the door a little past 10am i was still on bed. And then she unlocked. In my opinion if someone still sleeping this will bother and probably find someone with out clothes! On the other hand me most adorable lady in the reservation office is so kind she gets my 5 stars ⭐️

Location was on a quiet hill top, bed was comfortable, wifi was extremely good, and AC was nice.

The tub was dirty and rusty. We had to buy cleaning products and wear shoes.

Simple, comfortable bed, nice shower. Staff were nice. Good for our one night stopover.

Expensive, however Washington in general is.
