It was in a good location. Short trip to the Metro station, which was wonderful! There were several other stores that were close by, Aldi, CVS and Walgreens were close by, as well as plenty of places to eat, Baskin Robins was our favorite.

Our bed was a little hard for us and we’re use to an adjustable bed too, so that had something to do with it. I asked for no room cleaning, we just don’t like people being in our room. Well, after two days they say it’s mandatory for their cleaning staff to clean the rooms, and they left the curtain open for anyone passing by to see anything and everything we had in the room.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible customer service. A special thank you goes to Mr. Syed Naqvi and Brenda who went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality stood out. The entire staff was friendly, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, Governor House Inn offers great value, comfort, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I don't believe there was breakfast served, we were more focused on seeing our other children. I would surely recommend to others and we would most definitely visit again!

Everything was great! The only thing we had difficulty with was the TV, it seemed to only have 1 channel. I even had someone come and check it out and they just put it back on the one channel, but didn't tell us what to do afterwards.

I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly just needed a place to sleep for a few hours on my way down to Florida from Rhode island. I didn't have high expectations just because of the things that I've heard about Motel 6 in the past. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge the bed was very comfortable. There was extra pillows which is always hard to find a hotels these days. Everything was clean and it felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

They allowed me to park box truck even though there wasn’t designated parking for trucks, they have for cars only. It was quiet during night.

There is no carpet on the floor; WiFi doesn’t work.

The room is basic and very clean, the beds were so comfortable! I was hesitant because of the price, but it was a good find for our trip to Washington DC.

There is no fan in the bathroom.

When I check in they give a room zinc no hot water one window from outside was broke they move me to another room everything was OK except the shower don't work in proper way

It was available when we needed it. The staff was very nice and the location was good.

To get to the room, it was a really long walk, and our neighbors could be heard and were screaming and arguing. The TV is really small for the size of the room.

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. Great price for a stay over. Local places to eat and shop.
