As a family, we liked that the breakfast was included, compared to other large city hotels. Paid valet parking was available, but we chose the county garage, which was much affordable, on the opposite block. Entire staff was friendly.

Lack of fresh coffee or tea in the lobby all day. Lack of ice machines -- the suite had a small refrigerator and had manual ice trays to make your own. I don't want that on a vacation. Make ice!

Clean, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was included which was nice, with decent variety to choose from. The hotel proximity to the Metro station (one block away) ;provided excellent travel on the RED subway line and bus lines to/from Wahsington DC in minutes. Automobile valet service was very quick as well.

It was very nice in every way. Very clean. Bed, pillows and linens were wonderful- so comfortable. So nice to have an efficiency kitchen, which had everything we needed. The best was the staff. Everyone from valet, front desk to housekeeping, they couldn’t have been nicer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was spot on. Everything you could think of as far as shops, food and tourist attractions go.

Nothing that can be fixed immediately, but there is no ventilation in the bathroom if you catch my drift. At least, needs a fan for courtesy to other guests in the room. Definitely could use more lighting in the bathroom as well.

Breakfast was decent. The suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great location, close to free public parking garage, shopping, NIH.

The gym smelled like mold and mildew. Couldn't stay there to work out. In the room as we came in something smelled like sewage: dishwasher? garbage disposer? That needs to get fixed. Only one elevator was working for the whole building all weekend. Also at night some people were yelling obscenities on the street and it could be hard up to the 11th floor where we were.

I really enjoyed staying here. There is a metro station, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Shops are within walking distance. Everything is clean. The canteen is also great, the staff is friendly. I am planning my next vacation in the same chain. I recommend it.

Only thing that could improve was the beds- not the most comfortable and some of the towels had a strong cleaning product odor. Otherwise we loved our stay

Very comfortable beds. Nice and clean. Helpful, friendly service, especially valets and breakfast staff. Great included breakfast: High quality yogurt, nice oatmeal toppings, delicious jalapeno egg souffles, good coffee.
